Claims (4)
- ブレーカー及び/又はブレーカー用端子台を丸ごと、2軸タイプの剪断式破砕機に投入して破砕する1次破砕工程と、
前記1次破砕物を2軸タイプの剪断式破砕機で再破砕する2次破砕工程と、
前記2次破砕物を、重比物出口の内径を絞るディフューザを外筒下部に付設した吸引型風力選別装置に投入し、プラスチックを軽比物出口に落下させ、金属を重比物出口に落下させることによりプラスチックと金属とに分離する風力選別工程と、
を有するブレーカーのマテリアルリサイクル処理方法であって、前記風力選別工程で分離したプラスチックと金属を原料として再利用することを特徴とするブレーカーのマテリアルリサイクル処理方法。
- 前記2次破砕工程の次工程に、前記2次破砕物から微細破砕物を分離除去する分級工程を備えた請求項1に記載のブレーカーのマテリアルリサイクル処理方法。
- 前記分級工程の次工程に、前記2次破砕物から鉄を分離する磁力選別工程を備えた請求項2に記載のブレーカーのマテリアルリサイクル処理方法。
- 前記風力選別工程の次工程に、分離回収された金属を鉄と非鉄金属とに分離する磁力選別工程を備えた請求項1又は2に記載のブレーカーのマテリアルリサイクル処理方法。
