Claims (2)
- 制御器及び受信器を有するRF測定機器用のトラッキング発生器であって、
上記制御器の制御下でベースバンド信号を発生する手段と、
上記ベースバンド信号を変調発振器信号により変調して変調信号を発生する手段と、
上記変調信号を上記受信器からの局部発振器信号と混合して、上記受信器用の測定周波数と整合する出力周波数の試験信号を発生する手段と、
適応フィルタを用い、上記出力周波数を上記測定周波数からオフセットする手段とを具え、
このオフセットする手段は、上記ベースバンド信号のわずかな量のオフセットを行う場合に上記適応フィルタにより上記ベースバンド信号をロウパス・フィルタ処理し、上記ベースバンド信号の大きな量のオフセットを行う場合にナイキスト帯域より上の周波数帯域内で上記適応フィルタにより上記ベースバンド信号をバンドパス・フィルタ処理することを特徴とするトラッキング発生器。 - 制御器及び受信器を有するRF測定機器内でトラッキング発生器から試験信号を発生する方法であって、
上記制御器の制御下でベースバンド信号を発生し、
上記ベースバンド信号を変調発振器信号により変調して変調信号を発生し、
上記変調信号を上記受信器からの局部発振器信号と混合して、上記受信器用の測定周波数と整合する出力周波数の上記試験信号を発生し、
上記出力周波数を上記測定周波数からオフセットし、
このオフセットするステップは、上記ベースバンド信号のわずかな量のオフセットを行う場合に適応フィルタにより上記ベースバンド信号をロウパス・フィルタ処理し、上記ベースバンド信号の大きな量のオフセットを行う場合にナイキスト帯域より上の周波数帯域内で上記適応フィルタにより上記ベースバンド信号をバンドパス・フィルタ処理することを特徴とする試験信号発生方法。
