Abstract
【解決手段】 制御器からのI/QデータをFPGA14により前処理し、D/A変換器16、18によりI/Qアナログ信号に変換する。トラッキング発生器20内部に設けられたベクトル変調器12は、RF測定機器内の受信器からの変調発振器信号LO2とI/Qアナログ信号とを混合して、受信器のIF周波数に整合するIF信号を発生する。混合器34がIF信号により受信器の局部発振器信号LO1を変調して、DUT用の試験信号を発生する。

Claims (4)
- 制御器及び受信器を有するRF測定機器用のトラッキング発生器であって、
上記制御器の制御下でベースバンド信号を発生する手段と、
上記ベースバンド信号を変調発振器信号により変調して変調信号を発生する手段と、
上記変調信号を上記受信器からの局部発振器信号と混合して、上記受信器用の測定周波数と整合する出力周波数の試験信号を発生する手段と
を具えたトラッキング発生器。 - 上記出力周波数を上記測定周波数からオフセットする手段を更に具えたことを特徴とする請求項1のトラッキング発生器。
- 制御器及び受信器を有するRF測定機器内でトラッキング発生器から試験信号を発生する方法であって、
上記制御器の制御下でベースバンド信号を発生し、
上記ベースバンド信号を変調発振器信号により変調して変調信号を発生し、
上記変調信号を上記受信器からの局部発振器信号と混合して、上記受信器用の測定周波数と整合する出力周波数の上記試験信号を発生する
ことを特徴とする試験信号発生方法。 - 上記出力周波数を上記測定周波数からオフセットするステップを更に具えたことを特徴とする請求項3の方法。
