Claims (10)
- 複数の発振素子と、
少なくとも二つの発振素子の出力端間に接続される少なくとも1つの第1の遅延素子と、
少なくとも二つの発振素子の出力端間に接続され、前記第1の遅延素子に並列接続され、第1の遅延素子より少なくとも数倍以上の位相または時間遅延パラメーターを導入し、位相または周波数のノイズ抑制関連特性を有する少なくとも二つの発振素子を結合させ、発振器のノイズの自己相関性(autocorrelation)を低下させ、システム作動中にノイズを数dBないし数十dB低減させる少なくとも1つの第2の遅延素子と、
を備えることを特徴とする発振器結合システム。 - 前記第1の遅延素子は、信号線またはアンプのいずれか一つであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発振器結合システム。
- 前記第2の遅延素子は、位相遅延素子または時間遅延素子のいずれか一つであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発振器結合システム。
- 前記位相遅延素子は、調整可能式抵抗・容量・インダクタンス複合回路素子、遅延信号線、遅延ICまたはアンプのいずれか一つであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の発振器結合システム。
- 前記時間遅延素子は、信号線、調整可能式抵抗・容量・インダクタンス複合回路素子、遅延信号線、遅延ICまたはアンプのいずれか一つであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の発振器結合システム。
- 前記信号線は、ケーブル、フラッドケーブル、リードまたは電気伝送線のいずれか一つであることを特徴とする請求項2または5に記載の発振器結合システム。
- 前記アンプは、単方向アンプまたは双方向アンプのいずれか一つであることを特徴とする請求項2または5に記載の発振器結合システム。
- 前記第2の遅延素子には、前記第2の遅延素子のクォリティファクターおよび注入信号の強弱を調整するための抵抗が直列接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発振器結合システム。
- 前記第2の遅延素子には、前記第2の遅延素子の位相または時間遅延パラメータを調整するための容量が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発振器結合システム。
- 前記容量は、変調容量であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の発振器結合システム。
