Description
Claims (10)
- セラミックスと熱ゲル化性バインダとを含む混合物で構成され、外周面と端面とを有する筒状体を呈し、前記端面に開口された一以上の貫通孔を備える未焼成セラミックス成形体を、熱風によって乾燥させる方法であって、
前記熱風の送り方向と、前記貫通孔の軸方向とが、45°以上90°以下の角度をなす未焼成セラミックス成形体の熱風乾燥方法。 - 前記熱風の送り方向が水平面に平行であり、前記貫通孔の軸方向が水平面に平行になるように前記未焼成セラミックス成形体が配置される請求項1に記載の未焼成セラミックス成形体の熱風乾燥方法。
- 前記熱風の送り方向が水平面に平行であり、前記貫通孔の軸方向が水平面に対し45°以上90°以下の角度をなすように前記未焼成セラミックス成形体が配置される請求項1に記載の未焼成セラミックス成形体の熱風乾燥方法。
- 前記熱風の送り方向が水平面に垂直であり、前記貫通孔の軸方向が水平面に対し0°以上45°以下の角度をなすように前記未焼成セラミックス成形体が配置される請求項1に記載の未焼成セラミックス成形体の熱風乾燥方法。
- 前記熱風の送り方向と、前記貫通孔の軸方向とが、90°の角度をなす請求項1に記載の未焼成セラミックス成形体の熱風乾燥方法。
- 前記熱風の送り方向が水平面に平行であり、前記貫通孔の軸方向が水平面に対し0°以上90°以下の角度をなすように前記未焼成セラミックス成形体が配置される請求項5に記載の未焼成セラミックス成形体の熱風乾燥方法。
- 前記熱風の送り方向が水平面に平行又は垂直であり、前記貫通孔の軸方向が水平面に平行に前記未焼成セラミックス成形体が配置される請求項5に記載の未焼成セラミックス成形体の熱風乾燥方法。
- 前記熱風の送り方向が水平面に平行であり、前記貫通孔の軸方向が水平面に対し垂直をなすように前記未焼成セラミックス成形体が配置される請求項5に記載の未焼成セラミックス成形体の熱風乾燥方法。
- セラミックスと熱ゲル化性バインダとを含む混合物で構成され、外周面と端面とを有する筒状体を呈し、前記端面に開口された一以上の貫通孔を備える未焼成セラミックス成形体を、熱風によって乾燥させる方法であって、
前記貫通孔が開口された前記端面と、前記熱風を送る熱風源との間に、邪魔板が設けられる未焼成セラミックス成形体の熱風乾燥方法。 - 前記熱風の送り方向と、前記貫通孔の軸方向とが、平行である請求項9に記載の未焼成セラミックス成形体の熱風乾燥方法。
