Claims (2)
- 流体を流すほぼまっすぐな形状の少なくとも1つの測定管(1)と、該測定管(1)に作用する少なくとも1つの振動発生器(2)と、コリオリ力および/またはコリオリ力に基づくコリオリ振動を検出し測定信号を出力する少なくとも1つの測定値センサ(3)と、測定管(1)および振動発生器(2)および測定値センサ(3)を収容する支承管(4)と、測定管(1)の応力状態を検出する少なくとも1つの第1の応力センサ(5)と、測定信号を補正する補正装置(6)とを有しており、
測定管(1)および支承管(4)は軸線方向での相対運動を排除するように相互接続されており、支承管(4)への固定位置までの測定管(1)の軸線方向の距離を測定管(1)の振動長さとし、
測定値センサ(3)と測定管(1)の応力状態を検出する第1の応力センサ(5)とが補正装置(6)に接続されており、測定信号と第1の応力センサ(5)から出力された応力信号とが補正装置(6)に供給される、
コリオリの原理にしたがって動作する質量流量計において、
支承管(4)の応力状態を検出する少なくとも1つの第2の応力センサ(7)が設けられており、該第2の応力センサも補正装置(6)に接続されており、第2の応力センサ(7)から出力された応力信号も補正装置(6)に供給され、
補正装置(6)により、第1の応力センサ(5)から出力された応力信号と第2の応力センサ(7)から出力された応力信号とに基づいて測定信号が補正され、
補正信号を求めるために補正装置内に実験により求められた補正関数が調製され、ここで、該補正関数は、既知の質量流について求められた測定管(1)の応力状態を表す応力信号および支承管(4)の応力状態を表す応力信号ならびに測定信号から適合プロセスによって求められる
ことを特徴とする流体用質量流量計。 - 流体を流すほぼまっすぐな形状の少なくとも1つの測定管(1)と、該測定管(1)に作用する少なくとも1つの振動発生器(2)と、コリオリ力および/またはコリオリ力に基づくコリオリ振動を検出して測定信号を出力する少なくとも1つの測定値センサ(3)と、測定管(1)および振動発生器(2)および測定値センサ(3)を収容する支承管(4)とを有しており、
測定管(1)および支承管(4)は軸線方向での相対運動を排除するように相互接続されており、支承管(4)への固定位置までの測定管(1)の軸線方向の距離を測定管(1)の振動長さとし、
測定管(1)の応力状態を検出する
流体用質量流量計の測定信号の補正方法において、
さらに支承管(4)の応力状態を検出し、
測定管(1)および支承管(4)について検出された各応力状態に基づいて実験により求められた補正関数により測定信号を補正し、
ここで、該補正関数を、既知の質量流について求められた測定管(1)の応力状態を表す応力信号および支承管(4)の応力状態を表す応力信号ならびに測定信号から適合プロセスによって求める
ことを特徴とする流体用質量流量計の測定信号の補正方法。
