Description
Claims (8)
- (a)合成域において、H2とCOの混合物を含む合成ガスを、炭化水素合成スラリー中の固形微粒子状炭化水素合成触媒と反応条件下で接触させる工程であって、前記炭化水素合成スラリーは、前記触媒および炭化水素液体を含み、前記反応条件は、前記炭化水素液体を前記合成ガスから形成するのに有効な第一の反応温度を含み、前記炭化水素液体の少なくとも一部は、液体炭化水素ワックスであることを特徴とする工程;
(b)前記炭化水素合成スラリーの一部を、前記合成域の外部にある、実質的に垂直の導管からなる処理域に導入する工程;
(c)水素含有処理ガスを、触媒失活種を除去しかつ前記炭化水素合成スラリーから少なくとも一部の不純物を除去するのに十分な量だけ、前記処理域に導入し、そこで前記処理ガスを、前記炭化水素合成スラリーの一部と第二の反応温度を含む反応条件下で接触させ、処理触媒粒子および処理液体ワックスを含む処理スラリーを形成する工程;
(d)前記処理スラリーをワックス回収手段と接触させて、前記処理液体ワックスの少なくとも一部を前記処理スラリーから分離する工程;および
(e)前記処理スラリーを、前記合成域に再導入する工程
を含み、かつ、その際、第二の反応温度は、第一の反応温度よりも高くするように、第一の反応温度とは独立に制御することを特徴とする炭化水素を形成するためのスラリー炭化水素合成方法。 - 前記工程(d)の前に、前記処理スラリーに、ガス除去手段を通過させる工程を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスラリー炭化水素合成方法。
- 前記触媒は、担体に担持された少なくとも一種の第VIII族金属を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスラリー炭化水素合成方法。
- 前記金属は、コバルトを含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のスラリー炭化水素合成方法。
- 前記担体の材料は、チタニアであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のスラリー炭化水素合成方法。
- 前記処理ガスは、前記実質的に垂直の導管において、リフトガスとして作用することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスラリー炭化水素合成方法。
- 前記第二の反応温度は、199〜232℃であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスラリー炭化水素合成方法。
- 前記第二の反応温度は、210〜232℃であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のスラリー炭化水素合成方法。
