【0017】
対処者携帯端末5は、無線通信機能を有するPDA(Personal Digital Assistance)にて構成され、警備センタ3からの対処指示信号を受信する。

[Field of the Invention]
The present invention relates to a self-contained security system in which, when an abnormality occurs in a monitoring target, an abnormal signal is reported to a mobile phone possessed by the user and the user basically responds to the abnormality. If the security system cannot respond abnormally, it relates to a security system that can request a security company to respond.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in Patent Document 1, when a home alarm is detected by a security alarm, a fire alarm, a surveillance camera, etc. installed in a home, a mobile phone owned by the resident or a local resident's agent terminal Therefore, a local self-defense security system for reporting abnormalities has been proposed.
This local self-defense security system tries to ensure the security of the home while helping each other in the area without using a security company. When an abnormality actually occurs, it is a system in which a resident or a specific neighbor can also request a response from the security company.
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP 2002-216271 A
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In such a conventional self-contained security system, since the resident basically responds, the resident knows the situation in the house where the abnormality has occurred, and can easily confirm the situation occurring in the house. In addition, in order for the resident to easily check the status of the monitoring target, it may be possible to take a picture with a camera when an abnormality is detected, and send an image with the abnormal signal attached. In this case, the resident can immediately determine the abnormal situation by looking at the image in the house.
[0005]
However, the control company of the security company that responds to the request from the resident does not necessarily know the house where the abnormality occurred, and it is difficult to grasp the situation inside the house simply by looking at the image at the time of abnormality detection. was there. In addition, since the image is transferred to the security company via the user's mobile phone, there is a problem that it is difficult to obtain a fine image at the security company.
[0006]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to realize a security system that enables a controller of a security company to quickly and appropriately grasp the situation to be monitored even if it is a self-contained security system.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve such a problem, the present invention provides a home server that detects an abnormality occurring in a monitoring target in a warning set state and reports abnormality information to a user's portable terminal via a network, and a request from the portable terminal. Based on a security center configured to set the home server in a handling state based on the network, the home server monitoring when transitioning to a warning set state and detecting an abnormality An image acquisition means for acquiring an image captured within the object, a storage means for storing the image acquired by the image acquisition means, and an image acquired when the state is shifted to the alert set state when set to the coping state There is provided a security system comprising image transmission means for transmitting to a security center.
With such a configuration, when the home server is set to the countermeasure state, the home server can directly transmit the normal image when the state shifts to the security center state to the security center. As a result, the security center can acquire a normal image to be monitored, and can be compared with an image when an abnormality is detected that is acquired by another method that is not specified. In addition, a normal image can be acquired by the security center when the security center that has received a response request from the user is set to the response status. For this reason, since a normal image cannot be acquired at the security center, the privacy of the user can be protected.
[0008]
As a preferred aspect of the present invention, the image transmission means transmits an image acquired when an abnormality is detected to the security center together with the image acquired when the state is shifted to the warning set state.
As a result, it is possible to quickly compare an image when the security center is normal and an image when an abnormality is detected.
[0009]
Furthermore, as a preferred mode, image management means is provided for erasing an image acquired when a warning set stored in the storage unit is transferred to a warning release state.
As a result, the storage capacity of the home server can be reduced and the privacy protection of the user is further strengthened.

The network 2 is configured by a public telephone network, the Internet network, and a mobile phone network, and communication is performed by appropriately selecting the communication terminal. In the description of the present embodiment, the type of the network 2, the communication protocol, the exchange facility, the facility of the Internet service provider, and the like use general techniques, and thus will not be described in detail. Note that when IPv6 (Internet Protocol version 6) becomes widespread, the environment of the network 2 will be different. For this point, network technology in the era of implementation may be adopted as appropriate.
[0012]
The cellular phone 4 is possessed by a person using the home security system and has at least an electronic mail function, a telephone call function, and an image transmission / reception function. The mobile phone 4 receives from the home server 10 a notification mail including a later-described countermeasure code and an abnormal image, and displays the abnormality content on the display unit. When the user confirms this display and requests the security center 3 to deal with it, the notification mail received by the predetermined operation is transferred to the security center 3. On the other hand, if a request for handling is unnecessary, it is left untouched or left untouched.
[0013]
The security center 3 is a server system managed by a security company, and is composed of a database system, a display system, and an instruction system, and constantly monitors a monitoring target for which a controller has received a response request.
[0014]
The database system stores and manages information (profile information) of each user to be dealt with in the security center 3. That is, the user's name, address, telephone number, IP address of the
[0015]
The display system displays the user information of the database system, the response status to the response request, the monitoring target image requested for the response, etc. on the display based on the operation of the controller or the reception of the request signal.
[0016]
The instruction system transmits a countermeasure instruction signal to the coordinator mobile terminal 5 possessed by the cooperator corresponding to the countermeasure request, and transmits a countermeasure code to the
[0017]
The coping person portable terminal 5 is configured by a PDA (Personal Digital Assistance) having a wireless communication function, and receives a coping instruction signal from the security center 3. The handling instruction signal includes information about the user who is the handling destination, that is, an address to be monitored, a user name, an image at the time of abnormality, and the like. These are displayed on the display unit of the coping person portable terminal 5 and transmit a signal to the security center 3 that the coping request has been received by the coping person's operation. When the countermeasure is completed, a countermeasure end signal is transmitted to the security center 3.

The user confirms the occurrence of the abnormality and the on-site image on the mobile phone 4 that has received the notification mail (S704). Here, the user determines whether or not a countermeasure request to the security company is necessary by looking at the image. If no action is required, leave this notification email.
If the user needs to request countermeasures, the received notification mail is forwarded to the security center 3 with the user code attached (S704).
[0046]
The security center 3 receives the notification mail (S705), displays the notification mail on the monitor of the instruction system, and transmits a confirmation mail to the user's mobile phone (S706). The user can confirm that the security center has made a response request by receiving the confirmation mail on the mobile phone (S707).
