The invention provides a safety management and control method and a system for an intelligent toilet, wherein the safety management and control method for the intelligent toilet comprises the following steps: when detecting that a toilet seat of a toilet is in a use state, detecting whether trigger information for triggering safety detection is acquired; when the trigger information is determined to be acquired, carrying out safety monitoring in the toilet to detect whether abnormal alarm information is acquired or not; and when the abnormal alarm information is determined, giving an alarm prompt.
