Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
The following describes an intelligent monitoring system for toilet safety according to an embodiment of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In this application, the toilet may be a general toilet or an integrated toilet, and may include only one of a toilet device (such as a toilet), a bath device (such as a shower head), or a toilet device (such as a washbasin), or may include two or three of them, that is, the toilet includes at least one of a toilet device, a bath device, and a toilet device, and is not limited herein.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an intelligent monitoring system for toilet safety according to an embodiment of the invention. Referring to fig. 1, the intelligent monitoring system for toilet safety comprises: a user identification system 10, a water flow monitoring system 20, a central control system 30 and an alarm system 40. The user identification system 10 comprises a human body detection device 11, wherein the human body detection device 11 is used for judging whether a user is in a toilet or not; the water flow monitoring system 20 comprises a water flow detection device 21, wherein the water flow detection device 21 is used for detecting water flow information of a toilet; the central control system 30 is in communication connection with the user identification system 10, the water flow monitoring system 20 and the alarm system 40, respectively, and the central control system 30 is used for sending alarm information to the alarm system 40 when the human body detection device 11 judges that a user is located in a toilet and the water flow detection device 21 detects that the duration of water flow existence/non-water flow reaches a preset time.
Specifically, the user identification system 10 may also be a toilet entrance system, which is mainly used for identifying whether a user is located in a toilet, and includes a human body detection device 11, where the human body detection device 11 may be a collision sensor, a contact sensor, a pressure sensor, an infrared sensor, or the like. When the human body detection device 11 is a collision sensor or a contact sensor, etc., it can be arranged at the sucking disc of the toilet door, so that when the toilet door is sucked, the collision sensor or the contact sensor outputs a first signal, otherwise, a second signal is output, and whether a user is in the toilet can be judged according to the first signal and the second signal. For example, when the signal is switched from the first signal to the second signal, the toilet door is changed from being opened to being closed, and at the moment, it is judged that a user is in the toilet; when the signal is switched from the second signal to the first signal, the toilet door is changed from closed to open, and the user is judged to leave the toilet. When the human body detecting device 11 is a pressure sensor or an infrared sensor, etc., the pressure sensor or the infrared sensor may be respectively disposed at the inner side and the outer side of the toilet door, and whether a user is located in the toilet or not is determined according to the sequence of the output signals of the sensors at the inner side and the outer side of the door. For example, when the door outside sensor outputs a signal first and then the door inside sensor outputs a signal next, it is determined that a user is located in a toilet; when the inner sensor outputs a signal first and then the outer sensor outputs a signal, it is judged that the user leaves the toilet. Therefore, whether a user is in the toilet or not can be judged by arranging the human body detection device 11 at the entrance of the toilet. Of course, other devices or apparatuses may be used to perform the detection determination, and are not limited herein.
The water flow monitoring system 20 is mainly used for monitoring the overall water consumption condition of a toilet, and comprises a water flow detection device 21, wherein the water flow detection device 21 can be a water flow sensor, an ordinary water meter and the like, as long as water flow information detection can be carried out, and the water flow information can be a water flow signal or a water quantity signal, and is not limited specifically here. The water flow detection device 21 can be arranged at a water inlet of a toilet, namely a main water inlet pipeline of the toilet, and the water flow information of the whole toilet is detected through the water flow detection device 21.
The central control system 30 may include a data processing module, a communication module, a storage module, a central processing unit, and the like, wherein the central processing unit may establish a communication connection with the user identification system 10, the water flow monitoring system 20, the alarm system 40, and the like through the communication module, such as a wired or wireless communication connection, to receive the signal output by the human body detection device 11 and the water flow information output by the water flow detection device 21, and determine whether the user is in an accident according to the signal output by the human body detection device 11 and the water flow information, and send alarm information to the alarm system 40 through the communication module when the accident occurs, so as to perform an early warning or alarm through the alarm system 40. For example, when the central processing unit determines that a user is in a toilet according to the signal output by the human body detection device 11, and determines that the duration of water flow or the duration of no water flow reaches a preset time according to the water flow information, it indicates that the current user has not used water for a certain period of time or has used water all the time, and then determines that the user may have an accident, and sends an alarm message to the alarm system 40, so as to perform an early warning or an alarm through the alarm system 40.
For example, when a user enters a toilet for use in a toilet, the human body detecting device 11 determines that the user is located in the toilet and outputs a corresponding signal, the central control system 30 controls the water flow detecting device 21 to start according to the signal, the water flow detecting device 21 starts to detect water flow information of the toilet in real time and sends the water flow information to the central control system 30 (the water flow detecting device 21 may also be in a working state all the time), the central control system 30 determines whether the duration of no water flow reaches a preset time (for example, 15 minutes) according to the water flow information, if so, it indicates that the user is not flushed in the preset time, at this time, it is determined that the user may have an accident, such as a faint, and the central control system 30 immediately outputs an alarm message to perform an early warning or alarm prompt through the alarm system; otherwise, no early warning or alarm is performed.
For another example, when a user enters a toilet to take a bath or wash, the human body detection device 11 determines that the user is located in the toilet and outputs a corresponding signal, the central control system 30 controls the water flow detection device 21 to start according to the signal, the water flow detection device 21 starts to detect water flow information of the toilet in real time and sends the water flow information to the central control system 30, the central control system 30 determines whether the duration of the water flow reaches a preset time (for example, 20 minutes) according to the water flow information, if so, it indicates that water is available within the preset time, at this time, it is determined that the user may have an accident, such as a faint, and the central control system 30 immediately outputs alarm information to perform early warning or alarm reminding through the alarm system 40; otherwise, no early warning or alarm is performed.
In this embodiment, when the user is located the bathroom, detect the water condition of bathroom through rivers detection device 21, report to the police according to this water condition and remind to can realize the intelligent monitoring to user's action under the condition of not invading user's privacy, in time remind when the user meets accident.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 2, the user identification system 10 further includes an identification device 12, wherein the identification device 12 is configured to identify the identity information of the user, so that the central control system 30 obtains the preset time according to the identity information of the user.
Specifically, when the intelligent monitoring system is applied to different application scenarios, the corresponding preset times are often different, for example, the time for using the toilet, the bathing time, and the washing time of the same user are usually different, and for example, the time for using the toilet, the bathing time, or the washing time of different users are also different, so that the setting can be performed according to the actual application scenarios.
For example, the time for most users to use the toilet, the bathing time, the washing time, and the like may be given based on big data; or after the intelligent monitoring system enters the home, receiving the average time of using the toilet by the family members, the average bathing time, the average washing time and the like set by the user through a receiving device such as a key, a touch screen, a communication module and the like; or after the intelligent monitoring system enters the home, the time for each member of the family to use the toilet, the bathing time, the washing time and the like set by the user are received through a receiving device such as a key, a touch screen, a communication module and the like, and then the time data are stored in a central processing unit or a storage module and are directly called in practical application. The last mode is preferably adopted because the last mode is closer to the actual needs of the user and the possibility of misjudgment is reduced.
When the last method is adopted, in practical applications, the user identification system 10 further includes an identification device 12, and the identification device 12 is mainly used for acquiring the identification information of the user located in the toilet. The identification device 12 may be a fingerprint recognizer, an iris recognizer, or an image collector, etc., the iris recognizer is expensive and limited in installation position (such as height of a user), the image collector may install the iris recognizer at an entrance of a toilet, but there is a risk that privacy cannot be well protected to some extent, and the fingerprint recognizer is not only safe but also not easily limited in installation position, for example, directly installed at a handle of a door of the toilet, so that it is preferable to acquire identification information of the user through the fingerprint recognizer. After acquiring the identity information of the user, the central control system 30 acquires the corresponding preset time according to the identity information of the user.
In the embodiment, the corresponding preset time is obtained according to the identity information of the user, so that the accuracy of user behavior judgment can be effectively improved, misjudgment is reduced, and the intellectualization of the monitoring system is further improved.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the user identification system 10 is a fingerprint lock installed in a toilet door, and the functions of the human body detection device 11 and the identification device 12 can be realized by the fingerprint lock, and the complexity of wiring is reduced compared to a separate type arrangement.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 2, the alarm system 40 includes an early warning device 41 and an early warning cancellation device 42, which are disposed in the toilet, wherein the early warning device 41 is configured to perform an early warning prompt after receiving the alarm information; the warning cancellation device 42 is configured to receive a warning cancellation instruction of the user and send the warning cancellation instruction to the central control system 30, so that the central control system 30 controls the warning device 41 to stop warning according to the warning cancellation instruction. Further, the early warning device 41 may comprise an acoustic and/or optical alarm; the advance warning cancellation device 42 may include a contactor and/or a voice collector.
Specifically, the central control system 30 sends alarm information to the alarm system 40 to perform early warning or alarm through the alarm system 40 when it is determined that a user is located in the toilet through the human body detection device 11 and the presence/absence of water flow is detected through the water flow detection device 21 for a preset time. The warning system 40 may include a warning device 41 and a warning cancellation device 42, where the warning device 41 may be a sound alarm (such as a horn), a light alarm (such as an indicator light), or a sound alarm and a light alarm, and the warning device 41 may perform warning reminding on a user in a toilet; the warning removing device 42 may be a voice collector (such as a microphone), a contactor (such as a key or a touch screen), or a voice collector and a contactor, and receives a warning removing instruction of a user in the toilet through the warning removing device 42, and sends the warning removing instruction to the central control system 30 after receiving the instruction, and the central control system 30 controls the warning device 41 to stop warning according to the instruction.
For example, when a user enters a toilet for use in a toilet, the central control system 30 immediately outputs an alarm message to the early warning device 41 to control the early warning device 41 to perform early warning, such as controlling an early warning lamp to be turned on, when the user determines that an accident occurs in the user according to the human body detection device 11 and the water flow detection device 21. If the user does not have an accident, after the user finds that the early warning lamp is turned on, the early warning removing device 42 sends an early warning removing instruction, for example, the early warning removing instruction is sent by sounding or touching, and after the central control system 30 receives the early warning removing instruction, the central control system controls the early warning device 41 to stop early warning according to the instruction and count again; if the user has an accident, the central control system 30 will not receive the warning cancellation command, and the warning device 41 is controlled to maintain the warning state.
The situation that the user enters the toilet to take a bath or wash is similar to the situation that the user enters the toilet to use the toilet, and the details are not repeated here.
In this embodiment, when it is preliminarily determined that an accident occurs to a user, the early warning device 41 is used to remind the user to determine whether the accident actually occurs to the user, that is, to confirm the accident, and if the accident does not occur, the user performs early warning cancellation through the early warning cancellation device 42 to prevent the user from being confused by false alarm.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 2, the alarm system 40 further includes an alarm device 43 and an alarm release device 44, which are disposed outside the toilet, wherein the alarm device 43 is configured to perform an alarm prompt after the central control system 30 does not receive the early warning release instruction; the alarm release device 44 is configured to receive an alarm release instruction from the early warning release device 42 and send the alarm release instruction to the central control system 30, so that the central control system 30 controls the alarm device 43 to stop the alarm reminding according to the alarm release instruction. Further, the alarm means 43 may comprise an acoustic and/or optical alarm; alarm release device 44 may include a contactor and/or a voice collector.
The alarm system 40 may include an early warning device 41, an early warning removing device 42, an alarm device 43 and an alarm removing device 44, the alarm device 43 may be an audible alarm (such as a horn), a light alarm (such as an indicator light), or an audible alarm and a light alarm, and the alarm device 43 may be used to alarm and remind other users (such as user's family members) outside the toilet; the alarm removing device 44 may be a voice collector (such as a microphone), a contactor (such as a key or a touch screen), or a voice collector and a contactor, and receives an alarm removing instruction of another user outside the toilet through the alarm removing device 44, and sends the instruction to the central control system 30 after receiving the instruction, and the central control system 30 controls the alarm device 43 to stop alarming according to the instruction.
For example, still taking the example that the user enters the toilet for use, when the central control system 30 determines that the user has an accident according to the human body detection device 11 and the water flow detection device 21, it immediately outputs an alarm message to the early warning device 41 to control the early warning device 41 to perform early warning. If the user does not have an accident, the central control system 30 controls the early warning device 41 to stop the early warning and count again according to an early warning removing instruction sent by the user through the early warning removing device 42 after receiving the early warning removing instruction; if the user is in an accident, the central control system 30 will not receive the warning cancellation command, and at this time, the warning device 41 is controlled to maintain the warning state, and whether the warning cancellation command is received within a preset time (e.g. 1 minute) is judged, and if the warning cancellation command is not received, the warning device 43 is controlled to give an alarm, e.g. a horn is controlled to sound, so as to remind the family of the user. If the family member of the user is at home, after hearing the alarm signal, the family member takes corresponding measures in time and sends an alarm release instruction through the alarm release device 44, for example, sends the alarm release instruction by making a sound or touching, and the central control system 30 controls the early warning device 41 and the alarm device 43 to stop alarming according to the instruction after receiving the alarm release instruction.
The situation that the user enters the toilet to take a bath or wash is similar to the situation that the user enters the toilet to use the toilet, and the details are not repeated here.
In this embodiment, when it is preliminarily determined that an accident occurs to a user, the user is first prompted by the early warning device 41 to determine whether the accident actually occurs to the user, and if not, the user cancels the early warning by the early warning cancellation device 42; if the danger happens, the family of the user is reminded through the alarm device 43, so that the family of the user can take corresponding measures in time to prevent further danger.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 2, the alarm system 40 further includes a mobile terminal 45, and the mobile terminal 45 is in communication connection with the central control system 30, wherein the central control system 30 is further configured to send an alarm message to the mobile terminal 45 after the warning cancellation command is not received, and receive the warning cancellation command sent by the mobile terminal 45.
That is to say, after the central control system 30 does not receive the warning cancellation instruction sent by the user, the warning information may also be sent to the mobile terminal 45, where the mobile terminal 45 may be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, or the like, and the holder of the mobile terminal 45 may be the family of the user, or the like, so that the family of the user, or the like, can learn the behavior state of the user in the toilet in time, and take corresponding measures.
For example, still taking the example that the user enters the toilet for use, when the central control system 30 determines that the user has an accident according to the human body detection device 11 and the water flow detection device 21, it immediately outputs an alarm message to the early warning device 41 to control the early warning device 41 to perform early warning. If the user does not have an accident, the central control system 30 controls the early warning device 41 to stop the early warning and count again according to an early warning removing instruction sent by the user through the early warning removing device 42 after receiving the early warning removing instruction; if the user is unexpected, the central control system 30 will determine whether the warning cancellation command is received within a preset time (e.g. 1 minute), and if not, control the warning device 43 to give a warning, and send a warning message to the mobile terminal 45 (when the user identification system 10 includes the identification device 12, the warning message may also include the identity information of the user, so that the user's family can notify the appropriate personnel to process the warning, such as sex personnel or personnel known to their health), so as to remind the user's family. If the family members of the user take corresponding measures, an alarm releasing instruction can be sent through the alarm releasing device 44 or the mobile terminal 45, and the central control system 30 controls the early warning device 41 and the alarm device 43 to stop alarming according to the instruction after receiving the alarm releasing instruction.
The situation that the user enters the toilet to take a bath or wash is similar to the situation that the user enters the toilet to use the toilet, and the details are not repeated here.
In this embodiment, when it is preliminarily determined that an accident occurs to a user, the user is first prompted by the early warning device 41 to determine whether the accident actually occurs to the user, and if not, the user cancels the early warning by the early warning cancellation device 42; if the danger happens, the family of the user is reminded through the alarm device 43 and/or the mobile terminal 45, so that the family of the user can take measures in time to prevent further danger. Meanwhile, when the user identification system includes the identification device 12, the user identification information is also sent to the mobile terminal 45, and appropriate personnel are selected for processing according to the identification information, such as sex personnel, personnel with better knowledge of the status of the sex personnel, and the like.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 2, the water flow monitoring system 20 further includes a water valve 22 disposed in the toilet, and the central control system 30 is further configured to control the water valve 22 to be in a closed state after receiving no warning cancellation command.
For example, still taking the example that the user enters the toilet for use, when the central control system 30 determines that the user has an accident according to the human body detection device 11 and the water flow detection device 21, it immediately outputs an alarm message to the early warning device 41 to control the early warning device 41 to perform early warning. If the user does not have an accident, the central control system 30 controls the early warning device 41 to stop the early warning and count again according to an early warning removing instruction sent by the user through the early warning removing device 42 after receiving the early warning removing instruction; if the user is in an accident, the central control system 30 determines whether an early warning cancellation instruction is received within a preset time (e.g., 1 minute), and if not, controls the alarm device 43 to alarm, sends an alarm message to the mobile terminal 45, and timely closes the water valve 22 to prevent the user from suffering from a secondary danger such as drowning.
The situation that the user enters the toilet to take a bath or wash is similar to the situation that the user enters the toilet to use the toilet, and the details are not repeated here.
In this embodiment, when it is preliminarily determined that an accident occurs to a user, the user is first prompted by the early warning device 41 to determine whether the accident actually occurs to the user, and if not, the user cancels the early warning by the early warning cancellation device 42; if the danger happens, the family members of the user are reminded through the alarm device 43 and/or the mobile terminal 45, so that the family members of the user can take measures in time, and meanwhile, the water valve 22 in the toilet is controlled to be closed, and the further danger is prevented.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 2, the alarm system 40 further includes a remote monitoring center 46, the remote monitoring center 46 is in communication connection with the central control system 30, wherein the central control system 30 is further configured to send alarm information to the remote monitoring center 46 after receiving no alarm release command sent by the alarm release device 44 or the mobile terminal 45.
Specifically, the remote monitoring center 46 may be a property monitoring center, and when it is determined that the user is in an accident, the property monitoring center is linked, and a property company directly serves corresponding personnel for rescue.
For example, still taking the example that the user enters the toilet for use, when the central control system 30 determines that the user has an accident according to the human body detection device 11 and the water flow detection device 21, it immediately outputs an alarm message to the early warning device 41 to control the early warning device 41 to perform early warning. If the user does not have an accident, the central control system 30 controls the early warning device 41 to stop the early warning and count again according to an early warning removing instruction sent by the user through the early warning removing device 42 after receiving the early warning removing instruction; if the user has an accident, the central control system 30 determines whether the warning cancellation command is received within a preset time (e.g., 1 minute), and if not, controls the warning device 43 to give an alarm, and simultaneously sends a warning message to the mobile terminal 45, and timely closes the water valve 22. If the user's family has taken corresponding measures, the central control system 30 controls the early warning device 41 and the warning device 43 to stop warning according to the command after receiving the warning removing command sent by the user's family through the warning removing device 44 and/or the mobile terminal 45. If the family of the user does not see or hear the alarm information, the central control system 30 will not receive the alarm release instruction, and at this time, the early warning device 41 and the alarm device 43 are controlled to maintain the alarm state, and determine whether the alarm release instruction is received within a preset time (e.g. 2 minutes), and if the alarm release instruction is not received, the central control system sends the alarm information to the remote monitoring center 46 (when the user identification system 10 includes the identification device 12, the alarm information may further include the identity information of the user so as to notify appropriate personnel to process), so as to remind the user, and the remote monitoring center 46 will park the corresponding personnel for rescue, so as to increase the possibility that the user is timely rescued.
The situation that the user enters the toilet to take a bath or wash is similar to the situation that the user enters the toilet to use the toilet, and the details are not repeated here.
In this embodiment, when it is preliminarily determined that the user has an accident, the early warning device 41, the warning device 43 and/or the mobile terminal 45 and the remote monitoring center 46 sequentially give an alarm step by step, so that the 1+2 quick rescue is realized, and the user can obtain a timely rescue.
It should be noted that the alarm device 43 and/or the alarm releasing device 44 may be disposed in a corresponding entrance guard system of a bathroom, for example, in practical applications, the alarm device 43 and the alarm releasing device 44 may be devices in an entrance guard system of a house where a user is located, that is, when the entrance guard system is already disposed in a user's home, the intelligent monitoring system of the present application may be linked therewith to implement an alarm outside the bathroom, and linked with the entrance guard system, and when the alarm device starts an alarm and satisfies a certain condition, the entrance guard system is linked to unlock or open a door.
Further, as a specific example of the present invention, when the toilet includes a toilet facility and a bath/wash facility, after the user enters the toilet, the fingerprint recognition lock provided on the handle of the toilet door recognizes that the user enters the toilet and recognizes the user's identity information, the central control system 30 obtains the corresponding preset time according to the recognized user's identity information, and simultaneously obtains the water flow information of the water meter at the water inlet of the toilet in real time, and determines whether there is no water flow information (or there is no change in the amount of water after the preset time) for a preset time (e.g. 15 minutes) and determines whether there is continuous water flow information (or there is a continuous change in the amount of water after the preset time) for a preset time (e.g. 20 minutes), if there is no water flow information for a preset time (e.g. 15 minutes) or there is continuous water flow information for a preset time (e.g. 20 minutes), the warning light in the alarm system 40 is controlled to be lit. After the user finds that the warning lamp is turned off by sounding or touching, the central control system 30 counts time again and judges again according to the mode, and after 10 minutes, if the user leaves the toilet, the monitoring system is turned off; if the user does not respond within 1 minute, the central control system 30 controls the entrance guard of the toilet to alarm, and simultaneously sends alarm information and identity information of the user to the mobile phone APP of the family of the user. After the family of the user finds out, relevant conditions are processed in time, and the alarm is relieved; if the family of the user does not respond within 2 minutes, the central control system 30 sends alarm information and identity information of the user to the community property monitoring center so as to link the community property monitoring center, and a property company directly sends corresponding personnel for rescue. Therefore, whether the user is in an accident or not can be judged quickly through the water meter arranged at the entrance of the toilet, whether the user uses a closestool or a bath or the like after entering the toilet does not need to be considered, the judgment mode is simple and reliable, the cost is low, meanwhile, the user entrance guard system and the property security system can be linked, multi-level alarming after accident confirmation is achieved, and the possibility that the user is rescued in time is increased.
In short, the working principle of the above embodiment is as follows: set up the fingerprint identification lock in the door of bathroom, after the user gets into the bathroom and closes the door, the fingerprint identification lock starts and record analysis data, in order to confirm whether there is the user to get into the bathroom, and obtain this user's identity information after there is the user to get into the bathroom, so that obtain corresponding preset time according to this user's identity information, the water gauge real-time detection bathroom's of bathroom water frequency simultaneously, when the rivers information that goes out the bathroom according to this water frequency analysis is unusual, report to the police step by step, and when taking place the mistake and report to the police, still can relieve through reporting to the police and make the system reconversion.
