Claims (5)
- シロキサン化合物含有ガスを、表面にほとんど官能基が存在せず、表面が疎水性である水蒸気賦活吸着剤と接触させ、引き続き、表面に各種官能基を有する薬品賦活吸着剤に接触させ、前記シロキサン化合物含有ガスからシロキサン化合物を除去することを特徴とするシロキサン化合物含有ガスの精製方法。
- 前記シロキサン化合物含有ガスは、オクタメチルシクロテトラシロキサンおよびデカメチルシクロペンタシロキサンのうちの少なくとも一方を含有する下水汚泥消化ガスであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の精製方法。
- 表面にほとんど官能基が存在せず、表面が疎水性である水蒸気賦活吸着剤が充填された第一の充填層と、前記第一の充填層よりも下流側に設けられ、表面に各種官能基を有する薬品賦活吸着剤が充填された第二の充填層とを具備することを特徴とするシロキサン化合物含有ガスの精製装置。
- 前記第一の充填層が下部に設けられ、前記第二の充填層が上部に設けられ、前記第一の充填層に下方からシロキサン化合物含有ガスを導入するガス導入口を有し、かつ前記第二の充填層を通過した前記シロキサン化合物含有ガスを上方に排出するガス排出口を有する縦型直列処理槽を具備することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の精製装置。
- 前記シロキサン化合物含有ガスとして下水汚泥消化ガスを用いる際に、該下水汚泥消化ガスから前記シロキサン化合物を除去する前記請求項3または4のいずれか一方に記載の精製装置を有する精製ユニットと、
前記精製ユニットにより精製された下水汚泥消化ガスを発電燃料として用いるエンジンまたはガスタービンを有する発電ユニットと、
前記精製ユニットおよび前記発電ユニットのうちの少なくとも一方を車上引き渡し可能にパッケージする筐体と、
を具備することを特徴とする消化ガス発電設備。
