Claims (1)
- 樹脂押出機のシリンダ冷却装置であって、シリンダを囲むスリーブと、このスリーブに設けられる空気入口及び空気出口と、前記空気入口から空気を供給するブロワと、前記シリンダと前記スリーブとの間の空間をシリンダ軸方向に仕切る少なくとも1枚の仕切板と、その仕切板に開口される空気流通口と、を有してなり、
前記仕切板は、前記シリンダの外周面に接触するように複数枚設けられるとともに、前記空気流通口に相当する部分を切り欠いた円弧状の板として構成され、
隣り合う前記仕切板で挟まれた空気流路をシリンダ軸を含む平面で切った流路断面積をS1、当該空気流路をシリンダ軸に垂直な平面で切った流路断面積をS2としたときに、S1<0.5×S2であり、
前記仕切り板の空気流通口は、その開口面積の比率が30%以上かつ50%以下であり、
隣り合う前記仕切り板の空気流通口同士は、互いに重複しない位置に配置され、かつ、シリンダ軸を挟んで交互に設けられていることを特徴とする樹脂押出機のシリンダ冷却装置。
