Description
ガラスビーカー中で、Pd(NH3)4(NO3)2 (10%Pd(NH3)4(NO3)2を含む溶液の3.5g)を16gの脱イオン水と混合する。別のビーカーで、酸化ニオブ粉末(12.5g、Reference Metals社)を40gの脱イオン水中に懸濁させる。この酸化ニオブスラリーにパラジウム塩溶液を攪拌しながら20分間で加える。得られたスラリーを23℃で2時間攪拌し、次いで固形物を遠心分離機によって分離する。固形物を80gの水に懸濁させて遠心分離することによって4回洗浄する。次いで固形物を真空炉(1トリチェリー)中で50℃で4時間乾燥させると8.6gの触媒2Aが得られる。元素分析は0.99重量%のパラジウム、0.18重量%の窒素、及び68重量%のニオブを示す。
2gの触媒2A(Pd/Nb2O5)を、実施例1Bで調製した10gのHBrストック溶液で処理する。このスラリーを23℃で30分間攪拌し、溶媒を回転蒸発によって除去する。固形物を真空(0.5トリチェリー)中、50℃で4時間乾燥させる。元素分析値はパラジウムが0.99重量%、臭化物が0.33重量%、及び窒素が0.26重量%を示す。
500mLの丸底フラスコにActicarbone 2LS活性炭(16g、Elf Atochem社)を脱イオン水(50g)及びメタノール(150mL)中に懸濁させる。アセトン(80mL)中の酢酸パラジウム(0.36g)を次いでこの炭素スラリーに20分間で加える。得られたスラリーを50℃で1時間攪拌する。約半分の溶媒を回転蒸発によって除去し、次いでスラリーを濾過して固形物を洗浄(100mL分の脱イオン水で3回)、空気乾燥させてから真空炉(1トリチェリー)中50℃で4時間乾燥させる。元素分析はパラジウム0.93重量%を示す。
250mL丸底フラスコに8gの触媒3A(Pd/C)と50gの脱イオン水を入れる。HBr水溶液(実施例1Bのストック溶液の30g)をこのスラリーに加えて23℃で1時間混合する。固形物を濾過によって単離し、100mLの脱イオン水で洗浄、空気乾燥してから真空炉中(1トリチェリー)50℃で4時間乾燥させる。元素分析はパラジウム0.93重量%、臭化物0.51重量%を示す。
臭化物処理したPd/C触媒3B(3g)を20gの水に懸濁させる。HBr水溶液(実施例1Bで調製したストック溶液の15g)をこのスラリーに加え、23℃で1時間混合する。固形物を濾過し、50mLの脱イオン水で洗浄、空気乾燥後、真空(1トリチェリー)中50℃で4時間乾燥させる。元素分析の結果は、パラジウムが0.78重量%、臭化物が1.2重量%を示す。
Acticarbone 2LS活性炭を前処理して欧州特許出願0,978,316実施例1及び2に報告された手順にしたがってスルホン化する。3頸1Lのフラスコ中で、濃塩酸(90g、37重量%HCl)をゆっくりと脱イオン水(520g)に加える。Acticarbone 2LS活性炭(26g、Elf Atochem)を次いでこの溶液に加え、得られたスラリーを80℃で混合しながら2.5時間加熱する。23℃に冷却後、固形物を濾過し、洗浄(100mL分の脱イオン水で5回)後、120℃で2時間オーブンで乾燥させる。
実施例4Aで調製したパラジウム/スルホン化炭素(1.51g)を実施例1BのHBrストック溶液6g中に懸濁させる。この混合物を30分間攪拌し、回転蒸発によって水を除いた後、固形物を真空中50℃で4時間乾燥させる。元素分析はパラジウムが1重量%、硫黄が0.64重量%、臭化物が0.28重量%を示す。
Sud−Chemieから得られた触媒5A(4g)を20gの実施例1BのHBrストック溶液で30分間23℃で懸濁させる。水を回転蒸発で除去した後、混合物を真空中50℃で4時間乾燥させる。元素分析はパラジウム2.1重量%、ナトリウム4.7重量%、アルミニウム6.9重量%、及び臭化物0.29重量%を示す。
Claims (22)
- チタンゼオライト及びパラジウムと担体を含む担持パラジウム触媒を含む触媒混合物の存在下に、溶媒中でオレフィン、水素及び酸素を反応させることを含むエポキシドの製造方法であって、該担持パラジウム触媒が、臭化水素、臭化アンモニウム、臭化アルキルアンモニウム、臭化アルカリ金属及び臭化アルカリ土類金属からなる群から選ばれる臭化物含有剤で前処理されていることを特徴とするエポキシドの製造方法。
- チタンゼオライトがチタンシリカライトである請求項1に記載のエポキシドの製造方法。
- チタンゼオライトがTS−1である請求項1に記載のエポキシドの製造方法。
- 担持触媒が0.01〜10質量%のパラジウムを含む請求項1に記載のエポキシドの製造方法。
- 担体が、炭素、チタニア、ジルコニア、酸化ニオブ、シリカ、アルミナ、シリカ−アルミナ、酸化タンタル、酸化モリブデン、酸化タングステン、チタニア−シリカ、ジルコニア−シリカ、ニオビア−シリカ、及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選ばれる請求項1に記載のエポキシドの製造方法。
- 溶媒が酸素含有溶媒である請求項1に記載のエポキシドの製造方法。
- 酸素含有溶媒が、アルコール、エーテル、エステル、ケトン、水、及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選ばれる請求項6に記載のエポキシドの製造方法。
- オレフィンがC2〜C6オレフィンである請求項1の記載のエポキシドの製造方法。
- オレフィンがプロピレンである請求項8に記載のエポキシドの製造方法。
- 溶媒が緩衝剤を含む請求項1に記載のエポキシドの製造方法。
- チタンシリカライト及びパラジウムと担体を含む担持パラジウム触媒とを含む触媒混合物の存在下、水中でプロピレン、水素及び酸素を反応させることを含むエポキシドの製造方法であって、担持パラジウム触媒が、臭化水素、臭化アンモニウム、臭化アルキルアンモニウム、臭化アルカリ金属、及び臭化アルカリ土類金属からなる群から選ばれる臭化物含有剤で前処理されていることを特徴とするエポキシドの製造方法。
- チタンシリカライトがTS−1である請求項11に記載のエポキシドの製造方法。
- 担体が炭素、チタニア、ジルコニア、酸化ニオブ、シリカ、アルミナ、シリカ−アルミナ、酸化タンタル、酸化モリブデン、酸化タングステン、チタニア−シリカ、ジルコニア−シリカ、ニオビア−シリカ、及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選ばれる請求項11に記載のエポキシドの製造方法。
- 水がアニオン及びカチオンを含む緩衝剤を含み、該アニオンがフォスフェート、カーボネート、アセテート、シトレート、ボレート、フタレート、シリケート及びアルミノシリケートからなる群から選ばれ、該カチオンがアンモニウム、アルキルアンモニウム、アルカリ金属及びアルカリ土類金属からなる群から選ばれる請求項11に記載のエポキシドの製造方法。
- 触媒混合物及び臭化アルカリ金属又は臭化アルカリ土類金属化合物の存在下、溶媒中でオレフィン、水素及び酸素を反応させることを含むエポキシドの製造方法であって、該触媒混合物がチタンゼオライトと、パラジウムおよび炭素、チタニア、ジルコニア、酸化ニオブ、シリカ、アルミナ、シリカ−アルミナ、酸化タンタル、酸化モリブデン、酸化タングステン、チタニア−シリカ、ジルコニア−シリカ、ニオビア−シリカ、及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選ばれる担体を含む担持パラジウム触媒を含むことを特徴とするエポキシドの製造方法。
- チタンゼオライトがチタンシリカライトである請求項15に記載のエポキシドの製造方法。
- 溶媒が酸素含有溶媒である請求項15に記載のエポキシドの製造方法。
- 酸素含有溶媒が、アルコール、エーテル、エステル、ケトン、水及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選ばれる請求項17に記載のエポキシドの製造方法。
- 臭化アルカリ金属又は臭化アルカリ土類金属化合物が臭化セシウムである請求項15に記載のエポキシドの製造方法。
