Description
Claims (3)
- 水素、メタン、エチレン及び他のC2及びより重質の炭化水素を含有するチャージガスからオレフィンを製造するプロセスであって、前記チャージガスを、一連の熱交換器を有する冷却システムによって冷却するオレフィン製造プロセスにおいて、前記チャージガスを、三元冷媒を使用することによって前記冷却システムにおいて冷却する方法でおいて、該方法は、
(a)必須的にメタン、エチレン及びプロピレンでなる選択された混合物を含有してなる三元冷媒蒸気を、第1段階及び最終段階及び少なくとも1つの中間段階を有する多段階コンプレッサーにおいて圧縮する工程であって、プロピレンが前記混合物の少なくとも50%を構成する圧縮工程;
(b)中間段階の1つから、三元冷媒蒸気の少なくとも一部を取り出すと共に、残りの三元冷媒蒸気を次の段階に供給する工程;
(c)三元冷媒蒸気の取り出した部分を冷却して、残留三元冷媒蒸気及び前記の選択された混合物よりも大きいプロピレン含量を有する重質の液体冷媒を生成する工程;
(d)前記重質の液体冷媒を、前記の残留三元冷媒蒸気から分離して、前記残留三元冷媒蒸気を前記の最終段階に戻し、該最終段階を通過させる工程;
(e)前記コンプレッサーの最終段階から、前記残留三元冷媒蒸気及び前記の残りの三元冷媒蒸気を取り出し、その一部を冷却して、凝縮させ、これによって、中間質量の液体冷媒を生成すると共に、その非凝縮部分の軽質蒸気冷媒を生成する工程;
(f)前記の重質及び中間質量の液体冷媒及び前記の軽質蒸気冷媒を、前記の一連の熱交換器において、それら自身及び/又は相互に、及び前記のチャージガスと熱交換接触させ、これによって、前記のチャージガスを冷却すると共に、前記の重質及び中間質量の液体冷媒を加熱、気化させ、一方、前記の軽質蒸気冷媒を、初めに冷却し、少なくとも部分的に凝縮させ、ついで、気化させる工程;及び
(g)前記の軽質及び中間質量及び重質の気化冷媒を前記コンプレッサーに戻す工程を包含することを特徴とする、チャージガスの冷却法。 - 中間段階の1つから三元冷媒蒸気の少なくとも一部を取り出す工程が、最後から2番目の段階から三元冷媒蒸気の全てを取り出すものである、請求項1記載の冷却法。
- 工程(c)における重質の液体冷媒が、プロピレン含量85%以上を有する、請求項1記載の冷却法。
