Claims (9)

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 네트 디메타나이저 오버헤드 스트림은 열교환기를 상기 열교환기들 내의 상기 충전 가스와 접촉시키는 에틸렌 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 열교환기들 내에서의 냉각에 의해 상기 충전 가스로부터 분리된 상기 메탄의 일부와 상기 수소는 극저온에서 분리되어 수소 스트림과 메탄 스트림을 생성하고 상기 수소와 메탄 스트림은 열교환기를 상기 열교환기들 내의 상기 충전 가스와 각각 접촉되게 되는 에틸렌 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 일련의 열교환기들을 통해 상기 2성분 냉매를 점진적으로 팽창 및 냉각하는 단계는 상기 2성분 냉매를 상기 열교환기들 중 하나를 통해 통과시키는 단계와, 상기 하나의 열교환기를 통과시킨 후 상기 2성분 냉매의 일부를 팽창시키는 단계와, 상기 팽창된 부분을 상기 하나의 열교환기로 되돌려 보내고 상기 2성분 냉매의 나머지 부분을 상기 열교환기들 중 다음의 하나에 및 상기 열교환기들 중 다음의 열교환기를 통해 보내는 단계 및 다른 부분을 팽창시키고 상기 다른 부분을 상기 열교환기를 통해 되돌려 보내는 단계를 반복하는 단계를 포함하는 에틸렌 제조 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 열교환기들로 되돌려 보낸 후의 상기 2성분 냉매의 상기 부분들은 상기 2성분 냉매를 압축하는 단계로 되돌아가는 에틸렌 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 각각의 상기 열교환기들에 의해 분리된 상기 디메타나이저 공급물 스트림은 상기 디메타나이저의 상이한 단들(stages)에 각각 공급되는 에틸렌 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 2성분 냉매를 메탄-리치 2성분 냉매와 에틸렌- 또는 에탄-리치 2성분 냉매로 분리하는 단계를 더 포함하고, 상기 충전 가스를 상기 점진적으로 냉각된 2성분 냉매와 점진적으로 접촉시키는 상기 단계는 상기 충전 가스를 상기 열교환기들 내의 상기 메탄-리치 2성분 냉매와 상기 에틸렌- 또는 에탄-리치 2성분 냉매의 분리 스트림과 접촉시키는 단계를 포함하는 에틸렌 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 메탄-리치 2성분 냉매를 제 2 메탄-리치 2성분 냉매와 제 2 에틸렌- 또는 에탄- 리치 2성분 냉매로 분리하는 단계를 더 포함하고, 상기 충전 가스를 접촉시키는 상기 단계는 상기 충전 가스를 상기 제 2 메탄-리치 2성분 냉매와 상기 제 2 에틸렌- 또는 에탄-리치 2성분 냉매의 별개의 스트림과도 접촉시키는 단계를 포함하는 에틸렌 제조 방법.
