Claims (4)
- 수소, 메탄, 에틸렌, 및 기타 C2 및 중질 탄화수소를 함유하는 장입 기체(charge gas)와 추가의 올레핀 플랜트 공정 스트림을 일련의 열 교환기를 포함하는 냉각 시스템에 의해 냉각시켜, 장입 기체로부터 올레핀을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,제1 단계, 최종 단계 및 하나 이상의 중간 단계를 포함하는 다단계 압축기에서 메탄, 에틸렌 및 프로필렌으로 본질적으로 이루어진 선택된 혼합물(여기서, 프로필렌은 혼합물의 50% 이상을 차지한다)을 포함하는 3원 냉매 증기를 압축시키는 단계(a),중간 단계들 중의 하나로부터 3원 냉매 증기의 적어도 일부를 회수하는 단계(b),3원 냉매 증기의 회수된 일부를 냉각시켜, 프로필렌을 선택된 혼합물보다 큰 비율(%)로 포함하는 무거운 액상 냉매(heavy liquid refrigerant)와 잔류 3원 냉매 증기를 형성하는 단계(c),잔류 3원 냉매 증기로부터 무거운 액상 냉매를 분리하고, 잔류 3원 냉매 증기를 최종 단계로 이를 통하여 반송시키는 단계(d),압축기의 최종 단계로부터 잔류 3원 냉매 증기를 추출하고 냉각시킴으로써, 이의 일부를 응축시켜 중간 액상 냉매(medium liquid refrigerant)를 형성하고 응축되지 않은 이의 일부의 가벼운 증기 냉매(light vapor refrigerant)를 형성하는 단계(e),무거운 액상 냉매, 중간 액상 냉매 및 가벼운 증기 냉매를 그 자체 및 각각과, 그리고 일련의 열 교환기 속의 장입 기체 및 추가의 올레핀 플랜트 공정 스트림과 열 교환 접촉시켜, 장입 기체 및 추가의 올레핀 플랜트 공정 스트림을 냉각시키고, 무거운 액상 냉매 및 중간 액상 냉매를 가열 및 기화시키고, 가벼운 증기 냉매를 우선 냉각시키고, 적어도 부분적으로 응축시킨 다음, 기화시키는 단계(f) 및가벼운 기화 냉매, 중간 기화 냉매 및 무거운 기화 냉매를 압축기로 반송시키는 단계(g)를 포함하여, 냉각 시스템에서 3원 냉매를 사용하여 장입 기체 및 추가의 올레핀 플랜트 공정 스트림을 냉각시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중간 단계들 중의 하나로부터 3원 냉매 증기의 적어도 일부를 회수하는 단계가 당해 중간 단계로부터 3원 냉매 증기 전체를 회수함을 포함하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 중간 단계들 중의 하나가 끝에서 두 번째 단계인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계(c)의 무거운 액상 냉매의 프로필렌 함량이 85%를 초과하는 방법.
