Claims (2)
- 搬送台車が走行ルートのマップを記憶して走行するようにしたシステムであって、
走行ルートのレイアウトを画面上に表示するための表示手段と、表示されたレイアウトに対して、走行ルート上のロードポート及びバッファの位置と、走行ルート上のロードポート及びバッファとの移載データと、走行ルート上のドグ及びIDの位置とを属性データとして入力して、前記マップのデータを作成するための編集手段と、作成したマップを搬送台車に移植するための移植手段とを設けると共に、少なくとも一台の搬送台車にマップ上の属性データを検証するための検証手段として、ロードポート及びバッファの位置を検証するためのセンサと、ドグ及びIDの位置とドグ及びIDの状態を検証するためのセンサとを設けると共に、前記少なくとも一台の搬送台車に搭載した移載手段を動作させて、ロードポート及びバッファとの移載データを検証するようにし、さらに前記少なくとも一台の搬送台車に走行時の振動の程度を求めるための手段を設けて、属性データを検証済みでかつ振動の激しい箇所を書き込み済みのマップを各搬送台車に移植するようにしたことを特徴とする、搬送台車システム。 - 搬送台車システムの施工用のCADデータを走行ルートのレイアウトデータに変換するための変換手段を設けたことを特徴とする、請求項1の搬送台車システム。
