Claims (2)
- 金属からなる環状のホルダ(10)と、このホルダ(10)に磁性ゴム材料で一体的に成形されたパルサー本体(20)からなり、前記ホルダ(10)は、前記パルサー本体(20)が接合された円盤部(11)と、この円盤部(11)の外径より小径であって回転体(3)に固定される取付筒部(12)と、前記円盤部(11)の外周から、前記円盤部(11)の内側面から離間した位置へ折り曲げられると共に外周側に対してR状凸面をなす折り返し部(15)と、この折り返し部(15)から前記取付筒部(12)へ延びる中間部(13)とを備え、前記パルサー本体(20)の外周部に、前記折り返し部(15)の外周へ廻り込んだガイド部(22)を有し、このガイド部(22)は圧入治具(4)の円筒状の周壁部(42)の内周面(42a)に適当なつぶし代をもって密接可能であって、円周方向に連続又は断続して外周側へ隆起した形状又はシールリップ状に形成されたことを特徴とする磁気式ロータリエンコーダのパルサーリング。
- ホルダ(10)の円盤部(11)と反対側の端部に、軸心(O)に対して垂直な平面よりも取付筒部(12)側へ倒れた屈曲端(14)が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の磁気式ロータリエンコーダのパルサーリング。
