Description
ナイロン6と導電性カーボンとからなる直径50μmの芯鞘型複合フィラメントであって、芯成分の直径が48μmで、導電性カーボン含有量が0%、鞘成分の導電性カーボン含有量が55%の芯鞘型複合フィラメント(シエークスピア社製「RESISTAT−F901-S022」)を用意した。この芯鞘型複合フィラメントは、破断伸度が41%、電気特性(平均抵抗値)が3×105Ω/cm、温度95℃の温水に30分間浸漬したときの収縮率が5%であった。
上記の実施例1において、銅の蒸着膜の厚みを1000nmに設定する以外は実施例1と同様にして実施例2の電磁波遮蔽用スクリーンを製作した。上記銅の蒸着膜電気抵抗は9Ω/cm2まで低下し、スクリーンとしての電磁波遮蔽性は40dbであり、その他の性能は実施例1と同様に良好であった。
上記の実施例1において、銅の蒸着膜に代えて、ニッケルの蒸着膜を500nmの厚みに蒸着し、その他は実施例1と同様にして実施例3の電磁波遮蔽用スクリーンを製作した。上記ニッケルの蒸着膜の電気抵抗は80Ω/cm2であり、スクリーンとしての電磁波遮蔽性は20dbであり、その他の性能は実施例1と同様に良好であった。
上記の実施例1において、銅の蒸着膜を厚み1.5μmに形成し、その上にニッケルの蒸着膜を厚み0.5μmに形成し、その他は実施例1と同様にして実施例4の電磁波遮蔽用スクリーンを製作した。上記ニッケル蒸着膜の電気抵抗は1.5Ω/cm2であり、スクリーンとしての電磁波遮蔽性は40dbであり、その他の性能は実施例1と同様に良好であった。
Claims (5)
- 経糸および緯糸が導電性を備えたモノフィラメントからなるメッシュ状薄地織物の少なくとも片面が導電性カーボンからなる物理蒸着膜で被覆されたメッシュ状の電磁波遮蔽用スクリーンにおいて、上記のモノフィラメントが導電性粒子を含有する合成樹脂からなる芯鞘型複合フィラメントであって、その芯成分が導電性粒子含有量0の合成樹脂又は上記導電性粒子含有量の比較的少ない合成樹脂からなり、その鞘成分が導電性粒子含有量の比較的多い合成樹脂からなり、上記薄地織物の少なくとも片面が金属からなる物理蒸着膜で被覆され、この金属からなる物理蒸着膜が更に上記の導電性カーボンからなる物理蒸着膜で被覆されていることを特徴とする電磁波遮蔽用スクリーン。
- 導電性粒子が導電性カーボンである請求項1に記載の電磁波遮蔽用スクリーン。
- 芯鞘型複合フィラメントの直径が30〜100μm、芯成分の導電性カーボン含有量が0〜10重量%、鞘成分の導電性カーボン含有量が30〜60重量%、芯鞘型複合フィラメントに対する芯成分の重量比が50〜90%である請求項2に記載の電磁波遮蔽用スクリーン。
- 芯鞘型複合フィラメントの乾熱収縮率(150℃×10分)が0.1〜5%である請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の電磁波遮蔽用スクリーン。
- 金属からなる物理蒸着膜が銅またはニッケルからなる物理蒸着膜である請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の電磁波遮蔽用スクリーン。
