Claims (10)
- 圧縮機(12)と、空気乾燥器(14)と、空気乾燥器(14)を経て圧縮機(12)から空気を受け入れるための溜め器(18)と、予定のシステム条件に合致したとき空気乾燥器(14)の標準再生を引き起こすよう作動可能な制御手段とを有する車両空気供給システムであって、上記制御手段が、上記予定のシステム条件に合致するのに先立って空気乾燥器(14)の中間再生を生じさせるよう、又は上記中間再生を阻止するよう作動可能であり、さらに、上記制御手段が、標準再生を生じさせるための調整機(20)と、中間再生を生じさせるための調整機バイパス(40)とを含む空気供給システムにおいて、上記制御手段が中間再生を阻止するために調整機バイパス(40)を無能化するように構成されており,さらに、上記制御手段が、中間再生を選択的に生じさせ、又は阻止するよう作動可能なタイマー(26)を含むことを特徴とする空気供給システム。
- 上記タイマー(26)は、中間再生を阻止した後に後続の再生と再生の間の時間間隔を減らすよう操作可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気供給システム。
- 圧縮機(12)と、空気乾燥器(14)と、空気乾燥器(14)を経て圧縮機(12)から空気を受け入れるための溜め器(18)と、予定のシステム条件に合致したとき空気乾燥器(14)の標準再生を生じさせるよう作動可能な制御手段とを有する車両空気供給システムであって、上記制御手段が、上記予定のシステム条件に合致するのに先立って空気乾燥器(14)の中間再生を生じさせ、又は上記中間再生を阻止するよう作動可能であり、さらに、上記制御手段が、標準再生を生じさせるための調整機(20)と、中間再生を生じさせるための調整機バイパス(40)とを含む空気供給システムにおいて、上記制御手段が中間再生を阻止するために調整機バイパス(40)を無能化するように構成されており、さらに、上記制御手段が、中間再生を阻止するために、上記圧縮機(12)及び空気乾燥器(14)に送られる中間再生信号を遮断する手段(42, 44)を含むことを特徴とする空気供給システム。
- 上記予定のシステム条件は上記溜め器(18)の圧力であり、上記調整機(20)は、上記溜め器(18)が目標圧力に到達すると作動可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の空気供給システム。
- 上記調整機(20)は、目標圧力に到達すると、オフロード/パージ信号を上記圧縮機(12)及び空気乾燥器(14)に送信することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の空気供給システム。
- 上記信号オフロード/パージは圧力信号とすることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の空気供給システム。
- 上記制御手段は、上記調整機(20)をバイパスしてオフロード/パージ信号を上記圧縮機(12)及び空気乾燥器(14)に送信可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の空気供給システム。
- 上記制御手段は、上記調整機(20)用のバイパスラインと、上記バイパスライン中に置かれた弁(24)と、上記弁(24)を開くためのタイマー(26)とを含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の空気供給システム。
- 上記弁(24)はソレノイド操作されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の空気供給システム。
- 上記タイマー(26)は、上記予定のシステム条件に応答して作動され、そして一時停止されることを特徴とする請求項8又は9に記載の空気供給システム。
