Description

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a resin vehicle interior part, and in particular, by embedding a terminal portion of a decorative surface covering member, which is a soft material such as leather, main skin, and fabric, in a base material and integrally forming the base material. The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for manufacturing resin interior parts for vehicles.

Conventionally, lining parts such as door lining, side lining, etc. with decorative decoration members pasted on a part of resin interior parts made of resin, and other decorative decoration parts on molded resin have been integrally formed. Things are known.
As a method for manufacturing such an interior part for a vehicle, there has been proposed a method in which a decorative cover member is disposed in a mold and integrally molded with a molding resin (for example, see Patent Document 1).

In the mold apparatus described in Patent Document 1, a frame-shaped receiving groove for inserting the end of the decorative cover member into the mold surface of the core mold and an inner side surface of the receiving groove are formed, and advance and retract in the mold clamping direction. A movable frame-like slide block is formed. The cavity mold is formed with frame-shaped ridge teeth that sandwich the boundary of the decorative cover member between the outer corners of the slide block on the mold surface. An outer mold part constituting the mold surface and a middle mold part constituting the inner mold surface.
In this mold apparatus, the outer mold part is advanced in a state in which the terminal part of the decorative cover member is inserted into the receiving groove, so that the terminal part of the decorative cover member is received at the tip of the outer one tooth of the protruding tooth. Can be pushed further into. Thereby, the slack of the decorative cover member can be absorbed.

Then, the middle mold part is advanced to a position where the tooth tip of the outer single tooth of the outer mold part and the tooth tip of the inner single tooth of the protruding tooth formed in the middle mold part are aligned, and the core mold and the cavity mold are clamped. To do. Further, by moving the slide block forward toward the cavity mold, the decorative cover member can be held between the slide block and the protruding teeth. Thereby, the backing part forming side integral with the skin material and the general part forming side of the molded product can be partitioned.

In this state, molten resin is injected into the general part forming side to form the general part. At this time, the terminal part of the decorative cover member inserted into the receiving groove is coupled to the inner end of the general part. Thereafter, the slide block is retracted, and resin is injected into the backing portion forming side to form the backing portion. At this time, the general portion and the backing portion are joined around the terminal portion of the decorative cover member, and the terminal portion of the decorative cover member can be embedded in the joint portion.
JP 2003-154542 A (page 4-6, FIG. 1-16)

However, in the mold apparatus described in Patent Document 1, the terminal portion of the decorative cover member is pushed into the receiving groove so as to be hooked by the tip of the outer one tooth formed on the outer mold portion. Therefore, although the slack of the decorative cover member can be absorbed, stress is applied to the terminal portion, and the decorative cover member becomes weak in strength at the boundary between the general part of the molded product and the decorative cover member. There was a fear.

In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a resin vehicle interior component manufacturing method in which a terminal portion of a decorative cover member is embedded in a resin base material and integrally molded. Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing an interior part for a resin vehicle that reduces the risk of the decorative covering member becoming weak in strength at the boundary between the general part of the molded product and the decorative covering member. .

According to the present invention, according to the present invention, in the method of integrally molding a decorative cover member on an interior part for a vehicle, the terminal portion of the decorative cover member has a contour shape substantially corresponding to the cut shape of the decorative cover member. A first mold in which a receiving groove for insertion is formed on the mold surface, and a protruding tooth that protrudes toward the first mold relative to the position where the receiving groove is formed are formed on the mold surface, An outer mold part having a mold surface outside the tooth tip and capable of moving forward and backward in the mold clamping direction with the tooth tip of the protruding tooth as a boundary, and having a mold surface inside the tooth tip and advanced and retracted in the mold clamping direction A molding device comprising a second mold having a possible middle mold portion, and inserting a terminal portion of the decorative cover member formed in a predetermined cut shape into the receiving groove of the first mold to attach the decorative cover member The step of arranging in the first mold, the first mold and the second mold are clamped, and the outer mold portion and the first mold are placed between a predetermined period. The intermediate mold part is advanced toward the first mold rather than the outer mold part, and an inner inclined surface that forms the protruding teeth of the intermediate mold part and an inner shoulder part of the receiving groove A step of sandwiching an end portion of the decorative cover member between them, and injecting resin into a first cavity formed by the outer mold part, the first mold and the receiving groove to form a general part of the molded product And a step of integrally molding the inner end portion of the general portion and the terminal portion of the decorative cover member, and retracting the middle mold portion in a direction away from the first mold, the first mold, the middle mold portion, and Forming a second cavity surrounded by the receiving groove and continuing to the first cavity; and injecting resin into the second cavity from the first mold side to form a backing portion of the molded product; And connecting the outer end of the backing part and the inner end of the general part. It is solved by providing a step of integrally molded, and a step of taking out the molded article from the molding apparatus.

As described above, the method of integrally molding the decorative cover member in the vehicle interior part of the present invention has a contour shape substantially corresponding to the cut shape of the decorative cover member, and inserts the terminal portion of the decorative cover member. The first mold in which the receiving groove is formed on the mold surface and the protruding teeth that protrude toward the first mold relative to the position where the receiving groove is formed are formed, and the tip of the protruding teeth is the boundary. As a molding apparatus, an outer mold part that can move forward and backward in the mold clamping direction and a second mold having an intermediate mold part are used on the outside and inside of the tooth tip.

And in the state which inserted and arrange | positioned the terminal part of the decorating member in the receiving groove, while clamping a 1st type | mold and a 2nd type | mold, while maintaining an outer type | mold part and a 1st type | mold at a predetermined space | interval By moving the middle mold part toward the first mold rather than the outer mold part, the inner inclined surface forming the protruding teeth of the middle mold part and the terminal part of the decorative cover member are brought into contact with each other by surface contact, and advance Accordingly, the terminal portion is pushed into the receiving groove by the contact force. And it is clamped in the state which the edge part of the decoration surface mounting member was press-contacted between the inner side inclined surface which forms the protrusion tooth | gear of a middle mold part, and the shoulder part inside a receiving groove.

As described above, in the method for integrally molding a decorative cover member to the vehicle interior part of the present invention, the inner slope that forms the protruding teeth of the middle mold portion without hooking the tooth tip on the boundary portion of the decorative cover member. The terminal portion can be pushed into the groove by sliding contact with the surface. Thereby, the slack of the decorative cover member can be taken without the boundary portion of the decorative cover member becoming weak in strength.

Further, according to the present invention, in the method for integrally forming a decorative surface covering member on an interior part for a vehicle, the subject has a contour shape substantially corresponding to the cut shape of the decorative surface covering member, and the terminal of the decorative surface covering member And a first mold having a slide block which is formed on the front end surface and can move forward and backward in the mold clamping direction, and protrudes toward the first mold relative to the position where the receiving groove is formed. An outer mold part that is formed on the mold surface, has an outer mold surface outside the tooth tip, and is movable forward and backward in the mold clamping direction. And a second mold having a middle mold part having an inner mold surface and capable of moving back and forth in the mold clamping direction, and using the slide block for the terminal part of the decorative cover member formed in a predetermined cut shape Inserting the decorative cover member into the first mold by inserting it into the receiving groove, and The mold and the second mold are clamped, the outer mold part and the first mold are maintained at a predetermined interval, and the middle mold part is advanced toward the first mold rather than the outer mold part. The slide block is advanced toward the second mold, and the end side of the decorative cover member is formed between the inner inclined surface that forms the protruding teeth of the middle mold portion and the inner shoulder portion of the receiving groove. And injecting resin into a first cavity formed by the outer mold part, the first mold and the receiving groove to form a general part of the molded product, and an inner end of the general part And a step of integrally molding the terminal portion of the decorative surface covering member, and retreating the middle mold part in a direction away from the first mold, and retreating the slide block in a direction away from the second mold, The first cavity is surrounded by the first mold, the middle mold part and the receiving groove. Forming a continuous second cavity, and injecting resin into the second cavity from the first mold side to form a backing part of the molded product, and the outer end of the backing part and the general This is solved by providing a step of connecting and integrally molding the inner end of the part and a step of taking out the molded product from the molding device.

As described above, the method of integrally molding the decorative cover member in the vehicle interior part of the present invention has a contour shape substantially corresponding to the cut shape of the decorative cover member, and inserts the terminal portion of the decorative cover member. A first mold having a slide block formed on the front end surface and capable of moving back and forth in the clamping direction, and a protruding tooth projecting toward the first mold relative to the position where the receiving groove is formed. In addition, a molding apparatus is used that includes an outer mold part that can move forward and backward in the mold clamping direction and a second mold that has a middle mold part on the outer and inner sides of the tooth tip of the protruding tooth.

And in the state which inserted and arrange | positioned the terminal part of the decorating member in the receiving groove, while clamping a 1st type | mold and a 2nd type | mold, while maintaining an outer type | mold part and a 1st type | mold at a predetermined space | interval The middle mold part is advanced toward the first mold rather than the outer mold part, and the slide block is advanced toward the second mold, thereby forming the inner inclined surface and the decoration forming the protruding teeth of the middle mold part. As the terminal portion of the cover member comes into contact and advances, the terminal portion is pushed into the receiving groove of the slide block by the contact force. And it is clamped in the state which the edge part of the decoration surface mounting member was press-contacted between the inner side inclined surface which forms the protrusion tooth | gear of a middle mold part, and the shoulder part inside a receiving groove.

Thus, in the method of integrally molding the decorative surface covering member on the vehicle interior part of the present invention, the terminal portion can be pushed into the receiving groove without hooking the tooth tip on the boundary portion of the decorative surface covering member. Thereby, the slack of the decorative cover member can be taken without the boundary portion of the decorative cover member becoming weak in strength.

According to the present invention, in a method for manufacturing an interior part for a resin vehicle in which a terminal portion of a decorative cover member is embedded and integrally molded in a resin base material, the terminal portion of the decorative cover member is securely placed in the resin base material. It is possible to improve the appearance of the boundary part with the general part. Further, it is possible to reduce the slackness of the decorative cover member during molding and to reduce the possibility that the decorative cover member becomes weak in strength at the boundary between the general part of the molded product and the decorative cover member.

Arc-shaped inclined surfaces 14b and 14c projecting toward the core mold 20 are formed at the inner end portion of the outer mold portion 11 and the outer end portion of the middle mold portion 13, respectively, so that the outer mold portion 11 and the middle mold portion 13 are relative to each other. When it is not displaced with respect to the mold clamping direction, the inclined surfaces 14b and 14c form the protruding teeth 14 having a narrower width toward the tip having a mountain-shaped cross section. The tooth tip 14a of the protruding tooth 14 has a frame on the mold surface of the cavity mold 10 so as to be along the boundary portion 32 between the decorative surface 31 of the decorative covering member 30 and the terminal portion 33 embedded in the resin base material. It is formed in a shape. The protruding teeth 14 are formed with a protruding height of about 1.0 mm to 3.0 mm.

A frame-shaped receiving groove 21 is formed in the core mold 20 at a position facing the protruding teeth 14. The receiving groove 21 has a contour shape substantially corresponding to the cut shape of the decorative cover member 30, and the terminal portion 33 of the decorative cover member 30 is inserted into the receiving groove 21.
A shoulder portion provided with an arcuate inclined surface in accordance with the inclination angle of the inclined surface 14c of the ridge tooth 14 at the corner portion which is a boundary portion between the inner side surface of the receiving groove 21 and the mold surface of the core die 20. 21a is formed. The shoulder portion 21a sandwiches and holds the boundary portion 32 of the decorative cover member 30 with the inclined surface 14c. The inclined surface 14 c corresponds to an inclined surface inside the protruding teeth 14.
In the core mold 20, a resin injection gate 22 a is disposed in a region where the backing portion 35 is surrounded by the receiving groove 21, and resin injection gates 22 b and 22 c are disposed in a region where the back surface of the general portion 34 is formed. ing. The backing portion 35 is a resin base material that is integrally formed on the back surface side of the decorative surface 31. A molten resin (for example, polypropylene) is supplied to the cavity through these resin injection gates 22.

The molding apparatus S may be configured to open the mold in either the vertical direction or the horizontal direction. The cavity mold 10 (outer mold part 11 and middle mold part 13) is configured to be movable by a drive device (not shown). As the drive mechanism, known means such as a hydraulic device, a pneumatic device, and a spring type can be used.

Next, a method for manufacturing the vehicle interior part 1 using the molding apparatus S will be described with reference to FIGS. First, as shown in FIG. 4, the decorative cover member 30 cut into a predetermined area shape is set on the mold surface of the core mold 20 with the skin setting jig in the mold open state. At this time, the terminal portion 33 of the decorative cover member 30 is inserted into the receiving groove 21 and disposed.
After the decorative cover member 30 is set at a fixed position, the core mold 20 and the cavity mold 10 are clamped as shown in FIG. At this time, the outer mold part 11 is held at a predetermined distance from the core mold 20. On the other hand, the middle mold portion 13 is further advanced from the outer mold portion 11 from this mold clamping state.

As the middle mold part 13 is advanced, the inclined surface 14 c of the middle mold part 13 comes into contact with the end of the decorative cover member 30. When the middle mold portion 13 further advances from this state, the inclined surface 14c and the end portion of the decorative cover member 30 are brought into sliding contact, and the end portion of the decorative cover member 30 is pushed into the receiving groove 21 by the friction force. Thereby, as for the decorative display member 30, the edge part perimeter is pulled outside and slack is reduced. At this time, since the terminal of the decorative surface covering member 30 is in sliding contact with the inclined surface 14c by surface contact, the contact portion is not weakened in strength after molding, which is preferable.

Finally, the boundary portion 32 of the decorative cover member 30 is pressed and sandwiched by the shoulder portion 21a inside the receiving groove 21 and the inclined surface 14c. As a result, the cavity formed by the core mold 20 and the cavity mold 10 is divided into a backing portion forming side integral with the decorative surface 31 and a general portion forming side of the molded product. Thereby, in the injection | pouring process of the molten resin mentioned below, the injected molten resin is between the decorating surface 31 and the intermediate mold part 13 of the decorating member 30, and the back surface of the decorating member 30 and the core mold 20 Can be prevented.

On the other hand, the outer mold part 11 of the cavity mold 10 is kept in the clamping state, and the cavity K1 for forming the general part 34 by the outer mold part 11, the core mold 20, the receiving groove 21, and the tip of the protruding teeth 14 is provided. It is formed. The terminal portion 33 is exposed in the cavity K1.
In this clamped state, the molten resin J is injected into the cavity K1 from the resin injection gates 22b and 22c of the core mold 20 as shown in FIG. At this time, the terminal portion 33 is pressed against the inner wall of the receiving groove 21 by the molten resin J.
Thereafter, while the mold clamping pressure is applied and this mold clamping state is maintained, cooling to cure the molten resin J is performed, and the general portion 34 is formed. The general part 34 is connected and integrated with the terminal part 33.

Next, as shown in FIG. 7, the middle mold portion 13 is retracted to a predetermined position so as to be separated from the core mold 20. At this time, the middle mold part 13 is retracted to an alignment position where the tip of the inclined surface 14b and the tip of the inclined surface 14c coincide. Thereby, the decorating surface 31 of the decorating member 30 is exposed to the inside.
In this state, molten resin J is injected from the resin injection gate 22a of the core mold 20. As a result, the molten resin J is injected into the cavity K2 formed by the core mold 20, the middle mold portion 13 (the back surface of the decorative surface 31), and the receiving groove 21 in which the molten resin J is injected and cured halfway. At this time, in the receiving groove 21, the molten resin J enters the bottom of the receiving groove 21 while compressing the terminal portion 33 to the outside, and the cured molten resin J injected from the resin injection gates 22 b and 22 c. Combine with.

Then, the mold clamping is pressurized and the molten resin J is cooled while the mold clamping state is maintained, and the lining portion 35 of the decorative surface 31 is formed by the molten resin J injected into the cavity K2. It is formed.
After completion of molding, the mold is opened, and the completed vehicle interior part 1 as shown in FIG. 9 is taken out. In the vehicle interior part 1, the backing portion 35 and the general portion 34 are connected on the back side of the boundary portion 32, and the necessary base material rigidity can be ensured as a whole.

As described above, in the molding apparatus S according to the present embodiment, the cavity mold 10 is provided with the middle mold portion 13 that can be moved forward and backward, and the middle mold section 13 is advanced so that the inclined surfaces of the protruding teeth 14 formed on the middle mold section. The boundary portion 32 of the decorative cover member 30 can be securely held between the shoulder portion 21a of the receiving groove 21 formed in the core mold 20 and 14c.

Since the vehicular interior part 1 is manufactured as described above, when the general part 34 is first formed in the sandwiched state, the molten resin J wraps around the outside of the terminal part 33, and the end part of the general part 34 and the terminal part 33 are formed. And join. Then, by injecting the molten resin J to the back surface side of the decorative skin member 30 with the middle mold portion 13 retracted, the molten resin J wraps around the inside of the terminal portion 33, and the end portion of the backing portion 35 and the terminal The part 33 is joined. In this way, since the molten resin J wraps around the terminal portion 33 from the outside and the inside, the terminal portion 33 can be reliably embedded in the resin base material. As a result, the appearance of the resin molded product can be obtained without the tip of the terminal portion 33 being visible at the boundary portion 32 of the vehicle interior part 1 to be finally molded or the terminal portion 33 being molded into a rounded state. Can be kept good.
Further, in the molding apparatus S of the present example, the core mold 20 does not need to be provided with a slide member that can move forward and backward, so the configuration of the core mold 20 is simplified.

Next, another embodiment of the molding apparatus S will be described with reference to FIGS. The description which overlaps with the above-mentioned Example is abbreviate | omitted.
The core mold 20 of this example is provided with a main mold 23 having a desired mold surface, and a frame-like slide block 25 that can be projected and retracted from the mold surface of the main mold 23 and move forward and backward toward the cavity mold 10. Yes. A receiving groove 26 is formed in the slide block 25 so as to cut out the outer portion. The outer wall portion of the receiving groove 26 is the inner surface of the main mold 23 that is in sliding contact with the slide block 25. An arcuate shoulder portion 26 a is formed at a corner portion that is a boundary portion between the inner side surface of the receiving groove 26 and the mold surface of the slide block 25. The shoulder portion 26 a sandwiches the terminal portion 33 with the inclined surface 14 c formed on the middle mold portion 13 of the cavity mold 10.

The receiving groove 26 of this example is formed so as to cut out the outer portion of the slide block 25. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the receiving groove 26 is formed at the center in the width direction of the slide block 25. Also good.
The slide block 25 is configured to be movable by a drive device (not shown) or the like. As the drive mechanism, known means such as a hydraulic device, a pneumatic device, and a spring type can be used.

The cavity mold 10 includes an outer mold part 11 and an intermediate mold part 13 as in the above-described embodiment. Projected teeth 14 are formed on the outer mold part 11 and the middle mold part 13. The inclined surface 14c constituting the inner inclined surface of the protruding tooth 14 is formed at a position facing the above-described shoulder portion 26a, and the decorative cover member 30 in which the terminal portion 33 is inserted into the receiving groove 26 is formed. The boundary portion 32 can be sandwiched between the shoulder portion 26a.

Next, a method for manufacturing the vehicle interior part 1 in the molding apparatus S of another embodiment will be described. First, as shown in FIG. 10, the decorative facing member 30 cut into a predetermined area shape is set on the mold surface of the core mold 20 with the skin setting jig in the mold open state. At this time, the tip of the slide block 25 is held at a position that is flush with or slightly retracted from the mold surface of the main mold 23, and the terminal portion 33 of the decorative cover member 30 is inserted into the receiving groove 21. .

After the decorative cover member 30 is set at a fixed position, the core mold 20 and the cavity mold 10 are clamped as shown in FIG. At this time, the outer mold part 11 is held at a predetermined distance from the main mold 23. On the other hand, the middle mold part 13 and the slide block 25 are further advanced from this mold clamping state. The middle mold part 13 advances to the core mold 20 side than the outer mold part 11, and the tip of the slide block 25 protrudes to the cavity mold 10 side from the mold surface of the main mold 23.

As the middle mold part 13 is advanced, the inclined surface 14 c of the middle mold part 13 comes into contact with the end part of the decorative cover member 30, and the front end surface of the slide block 25 is in contact with the back surface of the end part of the decorative cover member 30. Touch. When the middle mold portion 13 and the slide block 25 are further advanced from this state, the inclined surface 14c and the end portion of the decorative cover member 30 are brought into sliding contact with each other, and the end portion of the decorative cover member 30 is brought into the receiving groove 26 by the friction force. Pushed in.

Then, as shown in FIG. 11, the boundary portion 32 of the decorative cover member 30 is finally pressed and clamped by the shoulder portion 26a inside the receiving groove 26 and the inclined surface 14c. The cavity formed by the core mold 20 and the cavity mold 10 is divided into a backing portion forming side integral with the decorative surface 31 and a general portion forming side of the molded product. By dividing, in the molten resin injection step described below, the injected molten resin is between the decorative surface 31 of the decorative cover member 30 and the middle mold portion 13 and between the back surface and the core of the decorative cover member 30. It is possible to prevent entry into the mold 20.

On the other hand, the outer mold part 11 of the cavity mold 10 is maintained in a clamped state, and the cavity K1 for forming the general part 34 by the outer mold part 11, the main mold 23, the receiving groove 26, and the tips of the protruding teeth 14 is provided. It is formed. The terminal portion 33 is exposed in the cavity K1.
In this mold clamping state, as shown in FIG. 12, molten resin J is injected into the cavity K1 from the resin injection gates 22b and 22c of the core mold 20.

13, the middle mold part 13 and the slide block 25 are retracted to a predetermined position. The middle mold portion 13 is retracted so as to be separated from the core mold 20 to an alignment position where the tip of the inclined surface 14b and the tip of the inclined surface 14c coincide. Further, the slide block 25 is retracted so as to be separated from the cavity mold 10 to a position where the tip is slightly retracted from the mold surface of the main mold 23. Thereby, the decorating surface 31 of the decorating member 30 is exposed to the inside.

In this state, molten resin J is injected from the resin injection gate 22a of the core mold 20. Thereby, molten resin J is inject | poured in the cavity K2 formed of the main mold | type 23, the slide block 25, and the intermediate mold part 13 (the back surface of the decorating surface 31). At this time, in the receiving groove 26, the molten resin J reaches the bottom of the receiving groove 26 while compressing the terminal portion 33 outward, and is combined with the cured molten resin J injected from the resin injection gates 22b and 22c. To do.

15 is taken out. In the vehicle interior part 1, the backing portion 35 and the general portion 34 are connected on the back side of the boundary portion 32, and the necessary base material rigidity can be ensured as a whole.

As described above, in the molding apparatus S according to another embodiment, the cavity mold 10 is provided with the middle mold part 13 that can be moved forward and backward, and the core mold 20 is provided with the slide block 25, and the middle mold part 13 and the slide block 25 are advanced. Thus, the boundary portion 32 of the decorative cover member 30 can be securely held between the inclined surface 14c of the protruding tooth 14 formed in the middle mold portion and the shoulder portion 26a of the slide block 25.

Since the vehicular interior part 1 is manufactured as described above, when the general part 34 is first formed in the sandwiched state, the molten resin J wraps around the outside of the terminal part 33, and the end part of the general part 34 and the terminal part 33 are formed. And join. Then, by injecting the molten resin J to the back surface side of the decorative cover member 30 with the slide block 25 and the middle mold portion 13 retracted, the molten resin J wraps around the inside of the terminal portion 33, and the backing portion 35. The end portion and the terminal portion 33 are joined.
