However, in this case, the slide block 22 is once retracted to the communicating position of the vacuum ventilation passage 26, and the vacuum pressure is applied to the inside of the groove 23 to force the outer peripheral edge of the skin material into the empty space of the slide block 22. Since the slide block 22 must be advanced again to the groove bottom of the receiving groove 23 as shown in FIG. 31, after it is hung down, the molding cycle becomes complicated and the time required for molding the entire lining takes a long time.

In particular, when the skin material is a breathable material such as a fabric, it is difficult to force the skin material to hang down securely into the empty space of the slide block 22 by vacuum pressure. 2 flows from the outer peripheral edge of the skin material to the lower side to expose the outer peripheral edge of the skin material to the surface side, or
It is unavoidable that the outer peripheral edge of the skin material is pressed by the injection pressure of the molten resin E 2 and is crushed to be wrinkled.

In addition to the resin molding described above, a plurality of small protrusions are provided on the outer peripheral edge of the skin material for positioning and fixing, and the small protrusions are inserted into the core type receiving groove and the outer peripheral edge of the skin material is provided. To the core-type wood grain groove to assemble the skin material onto the core-type mold surface, inject the molten resin from the core-type resin injection gate to the back side of the cover-skin, and mold the lining to form the skin. It has been proposed that a resin molded product is formed integrally with a skin material while preventing the material from shifting and wrinkling (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2000-238088).

The method for producing the resin molded product is such that the molten resin injected to the back surface side of the outer skin portion is made to flow outward from the outer peripheral edge of the outer skin material to form a flange portion continuous from the lining portion of the outer skin portion. Is also disclosed. However, according to this method for producing a resin molded product, since the molten resin is only allowed to wrap around the outer peripheral edge of the skin material to form the flange portion, the general portion of the lining body is formed from the outer peripheral flange portion. As such, it lacks joint strength with the backing.
