The method for producing the resin molded product is such that the molten resin injected to the back surface side of the outer skin portion is made to flow outward from the outer peripheral edge of the outer skin material to form a flange portion continuous from the lining portion of the outer skin portion. Is also disclosed. However, according to this method for producing a resin molded product, since the molten resin is only allowed to wrap around the outer peripheral edge of the skin material to form the flange portion, the general portion of the lining body is formed from the outer peripheral flange portion. As such, it lacks joint strength with the backing.
