Description
Claims (4)
- 第1熱媒体を流通させる複数の管状の第1熱媒体用分岐管と該第1熱媒体用分岐管の外周に設けられた蓄熱材とを備えた蓄熱装置において、
前記複数の第1熱媒体用分岐管が連通する第1ヘッダー部と、該第1ヘッダー部の下面に連通して設けられた第1上溜め部と、該第1上溜め部の下部に連通させて設けられ、かつ第1熱媒体を流入させる第1入口部とを備え、
かつ前記第1上溜め部は前記第1入口部の流線方向に対して垂直もしくは傾斜して設けられ、
前記第1上溜め部には、前記第1入口部から前記第1上溜め部に流入された前記第1熱媒体の液面が前記第1上溜め部の下部から前記第1ヘッダー部の下面にかけて上昇する場合に、前記第1上溜め部の上側における前記第1上溜め部の水平方向での断面積が、前記第1上溜め部の下側における前記第1上溜め部の水平方向での断面積に比較して大きくなるように傾斜面が形成されていることを特徴とする蓄熱装置。 - 第2熱媒体を流通させる複数の管状の第2熱媒体用分岐管と、該第2熱媒体用分岐管の外周に設けられた蓄熱材と、前記複数の第2熱媒体用分岐管が連通する第2ヘッダー部と、該第2ヘッダー部の下面に連通して設けられた第2上溜め部と、該第2上溜め部の下部に連通させて設けられ、かつ第2熱媒体を流出させる第2出口部とを更に備え、
前記第1ヘッダー部の下面に前記第2ヘッダー部の上面が接触して配置され、
前記第2上溜め部は、前記第1上溜め部よりも前記蓄熱装置の内側かつ前記第1上溜め部に接触して配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蓄熱装置。 - 前記複数の第1熱媒体用分岐管は第1板状チューブの面方向に形成され、前記複数の第2熱媒体用分岐管は第2板状チューブの面方向に形成されており、複数の前記第1板状チューブと複数の前記第2板状チューブとが前記蓄熱材を挟んで互いに対向して配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の蓄熱装置。
- 前記第1板状チューブは、前記第2上溜め部を貫通するように配置され、かつ、前記第1板状チューブには該第1板状チューブの厚さ方向に貫通して該第1板状チューブの表面側の前記第2上溜め部と、裏面側の前記第2上溜め部とを連通させる孔が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の蓄熱装置。
