Description
前記コンプレッサに、その駆動用のモーターの回転軸を挟む両側に、その回転軸とシリンダ自身の軸が垂直で、互いに対向するように一対以上のシリンダを配置すると共に、その各シリンダ内にピストンを往復動自在に設け、前記回転軸の回転によってそのピストンを往復動させるピストン駆動手段を有するレシプロ式加圧用コンプレッサを使用し、
しかも、前記回転軸の一方の側に配置されたシリンダが圧縮工程にあるときは、前記回転軸の他方の側に配置されたシリンダが吸気工程にあるようにされたピストン駆動手段を有するコンプレッサを使用するとともに、
該酸素濃縮装置は、その底部又は低部に、前記窒素吸着容器内から排気される窒素を酸素濃縮装置の外部に排気するための排気流路をなすとともにその排気音を消音するための消音ボックスを備えており、その消音ボックス内に、前記コンプレッサがその駆動用のモーターの少なくとも一部を入り込ませた状態で配置されていることを特徴とする。

Claims (2)
- 酸素よりも窒素を優先的に吸着し得る吸着剤を充填した窒素吸着容器内に、コンプレッサによって圧縮空気を供給することによって高酸素濃度ガスを得る加圧工程と、窒素吸着容器内の圧力を減じることによって吸着された窒素を外部に排気することで吸着剤の再生を行う減圧工程とを、交互に繰り返し行うことによって高酸素濃度ガスを得る方式の圧力変動吸着型の酸素濃縮装置において、

該酸素濃縮装置は、その底部又は低部に、前記窒素吸着容器内から排気される窒素を酸素濃縮装置の外部に排気するための排気流路をなすとともにその排気音を消音するための消音ボックスを備えており、その消音ボックス内に、前記コンプレッサがその駆動用のモーターの少なくとも一部を入り込ませた状態で配置されていることを特徴とする酸素濃縮装置。 - 前記コンプレッサを、そのモーターにおける回転軸が略鉛直で先端が上を向く配置として設けたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の酸素濃縮装置。
