Claims (2)
- エンジン(E)の気化器取り付け部(20)に,気化器(C)の下流端及び上流端にそれぞれ形成される第1取り付けフランジ(28)及び第2取り付けフランジ(29)を,これらを貫通する複数のボルト(25,26)により締結してなる,気化器の取り付け構造であって,
前記気化器取り付け部(20)に植え込みボルト(25)を少なくとも2本植え込むと共に,ねじ孔(27)を設ける一方,前記第1及び第2取り付けフランジ(28,29)の一側部に,前記植え込みボルト(25)がそれぞれ貫通する少なくとも2つの第1ボルト孔(31′,31)を設け,更にその第1及び第2取り付けフランジ(28,29)に,前記ねじ孔(27)に螺合される押さえボルト(26)が貫通する第2ボルト孔(32,32)を設け,前記第1取り付けフランジ(28)の各々の第1ボルト孔(31′)を,該第1取り付けフランジ(28)の外側方から該第1ボルト孔(31′)への前記植え込みボルト(25)の挿入を可能にする切欠き状に形成したことを特徴とする,気化器の取り付け構造。 - 請求項1記載の気化器の取り付け構造において,
前記エンジン(E)を,それぞれシリンダボア(3a,3a)を有してV字状に並ぶ第1及び第2バンク(B1,B2)を,それらに共通のクランクケース(1)に連設してなるV型エンジン(E)とし,前記第1及び第2バンク(B1,B2)に連結される吸気マニフォルド(16)の上流端に,前記気化器取り付け部としての共通フランジ(20)を,第1及び第2バンク(B1,B2)間の谷部(11)に臨むように形成し,この共通フランジ(20)に,前記谷部(11)に収容される前記気化器(C)を前記植え込みボルト(25)及び押さえボルト(26)により締結したことを特徴とする,気化器の取り付け構造。
