Description
図15(a),(b)は、奥行き標本化断層像として手前側と奥側の2枚の透過画像を用意し、これを元に作成した立体視画像の一例を示す図である。図15(a)は立体視用の左眼画像、図15(b)は立体視用の右眼画像を示している。これら左眼画像及び右眼画像の各々は、例えば次のようして作成する。
図16(a),(b)は最大輝度投影法(MIP)を適用した場合であって、手前側から奥側への4枚の奥行き標本化断層像を用意し、これを元に作成した立体視画像の一例を示す図である。図16(a)は立体視用の左眼画像、図16(b)は立体視用の右眼画像を示している。これら左眼画像及び右眼画像の各々は、例えば次のようして作成する。
以下、超音波診断装置の第1参考例を説明する。
次に、奥行き断層画像の取り込み方法について述べる。
ところで、裸眼による立体視にはいわゆる「慣れ」が必要であり、容易に立体視が出来るようになるまでには個人差がある。一般的な検査ではディスプレイと被検体を交互に見る場合が多く、裸眼による立体視は困難が生じることが考えられる。そこで第2参考例では、図7に示すような、X線診断装置等でよく用いられる液晶シャッタメガネ20を利用した時分割立体テレビジョン方式を、超音波診断装置のディスプレイ21に適用する。これはディスプレイ21のフィールド周期t毎に左右画像を交互に提示し、これと同期させて液晶シャッタメガネ20を開閉して立体視する方式である。
第3参考例として、複数の断層像を得るために2次元(2D)アレイプローブを用い、カラードプライメージングを行なう超音波診断装置について説明する。図8は第3参考例に係る超音波診断装置の機能構成を示すブロック図である。
造影剤を用いた診断の最も基本的なものとして、造影剤による輝度増強の有無を調べることにより、診断部位における血流の有無を知るという診断がある。さらに進んだ診断は、診断部位における造影剤の空間分布の時間変化の様子を輝度変化の広がりや輝度増強の程度に基づいて観察する診断である。また、造影剤注入から関心領域(ROI)にそれが到達するまでの時間およびROI内での造影剤によるエコー輝度の経時変化(TIC:Time Intensity Curve)、あるいは最大輝度などを観測するといった診断である。

Claims (2)
- 超音波送受信手段により被検体に対し超音波を送受信して得られたエコー信号に基づき、前記被検体の同一断層面に対し収集時刻の異なる複数枚の超音波画像を得る超音波診断装置であって、
造影剤存在部位のエコー輝度が高い超音波画像と、当該画像とは異なる時刻に収集され、前記造影剤存在部位のエコー輝度が低い一連の超音波画像とを含む同一断層面の複数の超音波画像を収集する画像収集手段と、
前記複数の超音波画像をそのまま加算合成して立体視用の右眼画像又は左眼画像を合成するとともに画像の収集時刻の違いに応じて前記複数の超音波画像を断層面の方向に沿って異なるずらし幅によりずらして加算合成することにより前記立体視用の左眼画像又は右眼画像を合成する合成手段とを具備することを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 超音波送受信手段により被検体に対し超音波を送受信して得られたエコー信号に基づき、前記被検体の同一断層面に対し収集時刻の異なる複数枚の超音波画像を得る超音波診断装置であって、
造影剤存在部位のエコー輝度が高い超音波画像と、当該画像とは異なる時刻に収集され、前記造影剤存在部位のエコー輝度が低い一連の超音波画像とを含む同一断層面の複数の超音波画像を収集する画像収集手段と、
前記画像の収集時刻の違いに応じて前記複数の超音波画像の各々を断層面の方向に沿って異なるずらし幅によりずらして加算合成することにより立体視用の右眼画像及び左眼画像の両者を合成する合成手段とを具備することを特徴とする超音波診断装置。
