Description
本発明は、センサ装置に対し相対的な部材の運動を捕捉するための、たとえば回転部材の回転角度をセンサにより捕捉するための、独立請求項の上位概念に記載の方法および装置に関する。
本発明は、センサの前を通過するパルス発生器に依存する信号が評価される形式の、センサ装置に対し相対的な部材の運動を捕捉する冒頭で述べた方法の発展形態に関する。有利なことに本発明によれば、運動方向で並置された2つのセンサ素子の信号が評価される。その際、パルス発生器として設けられた発信器ホイールの回転を捕捉する場合に、半径方向の振動を容易に検出することができる。この種のセンサ装置をたとえば自動車における回転数センサとして使用することができる。
次に、センサ装置に対し相対的な部材の動きを捕捉する本発明の実施例について図面を参照しながら説明する。
図2は、センサ素子の出力信号およびそこから得られた差分信号の経過特性を示すダイアグラムである。
図3は、図1による経過特性の変形実施形態として各センサ素子間で180゜の位相差をもつダイアグラムである。
図4は、半径方向の振動が生じたときのセンサ素子の信号経過特性を示すダイアグラムである。
図5は、各センサ素子における信号の評価回路を示すブロック図である。
図1には回転数センサにおける発信器ホイール1の領域が示されており、これは発信器ホイール1の回転中つまりはセンサ回路3の前を通り過ぎるとき、センサ回路3においてスイッチングパルスを生じさせる歯2を有している。この場合、センサ回路3は、発信器ホイール1に無接触で対向するセンサ素子4,5たとえばホール素子を有している。さらにここでは矢印6によって半径方向の振動が示されており、これが本発明によるセンサ装置により捕捉されて評価されることになる。
Claims (8)
- センサ(3,4,5)の前を通過するパルス発生器(1)に依存する信号(7〜15)を評価する形式の、センサ装置に対し相対的な部材の運動を捕捉する方法において、
運動方向で並置されている2つのセンサ素子(4,5)の信号(7,8;10,11;13,14)を評価し、
運動方向に対し直角な振動を識別するため、前記2つのセンサ素子(4,5)の信号(7,8;10,11;13,14)および前記2つのセンサ素子(4,5)の差分信号(9;12;15)の位相特性を、測定されたこれら3つの信号(7〜15)すべてにおいて同じ位相変化が生じているか否かについて調べることを特徴とする、
センサ装置に対し相対的な部材の運動を捕捉する方法。 - 前記信号(7〜15)の評価において、個々のゼロ点通過およびゼロ点通過時の傾きを求め、3つの信号(7〜15)すべてが同時にゼロ点を通過しかつ同じ極性符号の傾きを有しているならば、前記パルス発生器(1)の振動(16)が発生していると検出する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記ゼロ点通過の捕捉においてオフセット補正を行う、請求項2記載の方法。
- 半径方向の振動(6)を検出したときにはセンサ評価回路(16)の出力信号を抑圧する、請求項1から3のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 回転可能な部材のパルス発生器として設けられた発信器ホイール(1)の回転を捕捉するときに半径方向の振動(6)を検出する、請求項1から4のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか1項記載の方法を実施するためのセンサ装置において、
センサ装置(3)はホール素子または磁気抵抗素子を備えた2つの無接触型センサ(4,5)を有しており、
該2つのセンサ素子(4,5)の信号(7,8;10,11;13,14)のためのそれぞれ1つの入力側および2つのセンサ信号(7,8;10,11;13,14)から得られる差分信号(9;12;15)のための入力側を備えた位相検出回路(17)が設けられていることを特徴とする、
センサ装置。 - センサ評価回路(16)の出力側(18)の手前に振動制御回路(19)が接続されており、該振動制御回路(19)は、前記位相検出回路(17)の出力のための入力側と前記差分信号により制御される信号準備処理回路および比較回路(20)のための入力側を有する、請求項6記載のセンサ装置。
- 自動車における回転数センサとして使用される、請求項6または7記載のセンサ装置。
