Claims (16)
- アクリロニトリルからアクリルアミドへの水和反応を触媒する能力を有する微生物菌体の存在下、水溶液中でアクリロニトリルを水和することによりアクリルアミド水溶液を製造する方法であって、前記アクリロニトリルからアクリルアミドへの水和反応を触媒する能力を有する微生物菌体が前記アクリルアミド水溶液から、少なくとも部分的に連続運転式で自動排水式の遠心機を用いて、反応終了後2時間以内に分離され、前記遠心機からの透明の排水が、光学的手段を用いて監視され、そして、前記監視が前記遠心機を制御するのに用いられることを特徴とする上記方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記遠心機がアニュラーギャップ型遠心機であることを特徴とする上記方法。
- 請求項1または2に記載の方法であって、前記遠心機からの透明の排水が、光バリアを用いて監視されることを特徴とする上記方法。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法であって、前記アクリロニトリルからアクリルアミドへの水和反応を触媒する能力を有する微生物菌体が前記分離の前に凝集されることを特徴とする上記方法。
- 請求項4に記載の方法であって、硫酸アルミニウムが凝集剤として用いられることを特徴とする上記方法。
- 請求項4に記載の方法であって、アニオン性ポリマーが凝集剤として用いられることを特徴とする上記方法。
- 請求項4〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法であって、前記凝集が、6.8〜8.0のpH値で行われることを特徴とする上記方法。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法であって、アクリロニトリルからアクリルアミドへの水和反応を触媒する能力を有する微生物菌体の除去されたアクリルアミド水溶液が、4.5〜7.0のpH値に調節されることを特徴とする上記方法。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法であって、少なくとも1回の洗浄と分離により、分離されたアクリロニトリルからアクリルアミドへの水和反応を触媒する能力を有する微生物菌体からアクリルアミドが除去されることを特徴とする上記方法。
- 請求項9に記載の方法であって、前記洗浄が脱イオン水で行われることを特徴とする上記方法。
- 請求項9または10に記載の方法であって、前記アクリロニトリルからアクリルアミドへの水和反応を触媒する能力を有する微生物菌体中のアクリルアミドの濃度が10ppm未満であることを特徴とする上記方法。
- 請求項9〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法であって、洗浄水が該プロセスに再循環されることを特徴とする上記方法。
- 請求項9〜12のいずれか一項に記載の方法であって、前記アクリロニトリルからアクリルアミドへの水和反応を触媒する能力を有する微生物菌体が前記洗浄後に滅菌されることを特徴とする上記方法。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の方法であって、前記アクリロニトリルからアクリルアミドへの水和反応を触媒する能力を有する微生物菌体が、ドイツ国、ブラウンシュヴェイク、デー‐38124、マシュローダー・ヴェーク・1ベーに所在のデーエスエムツェット・ドイッチェ・ザムルング・フォン・ミクロオルガニスメン・ウント・ツェルクルツレン・ゲゼルシャフト・ミット・ベシュレンクテル・ハフツング(DSMZ, Deutsche Sammlung von Mikroorganismen und Zellkulturen GmbH)に、寄託番号14230で寄託されたロドコッカス・ロドクラス(Rhodococcus rhodochrous)であることを特徴とする上記方法。
- アクリロニトリルからアクリルアミドへの水和反応を触媒する能力を有する微生物菌体の存在下、水溶液中でアクリロニトリルを水和することによりアクリルアミド水溶液を製造する装置であって、反応器と、該アクリルアミド水溶液から該アクリロニトリルからアクリルアミドへの水和反応を触媒する能力を有する微生物菌体を分離するための、自動排水式で、少なくとも部分的に連続運転式の遠心機とを備え、前記遠心機からの透明の排水が、光学的手段を用いて監視され、そして、前記監視が前記遠心機を制御するのに用いられる上記装置。
- 請求項15に記載の装置であって、前記遠心機がアニュラーギャップ型遠心機であることを特徴とする上記装置。
