Claims (6)
- 揮発性メモリデバイスと、
前記メモリデバイスの消費電力に対応するデジタルデータを生成する電力センサと、
前記デジタルデータを記憶する不揮発性メモリと、
前記デジタルデータが前記不揮発性メモリに記憶されるときに、前記デジタルデータに時間的データを関連付ける電力プロセッサと、
を備えることを特徴とするコンピュータに挿抜可能なメモリモジュール。 - 前記電力プロセッサは前記デジタルデータを前記不揮発性メモリから前記メモリデバイスに転送することを特徴とする請求項1記載のコンピュータに挿抜可能なメモリモジュール。
- 電力トラッカバスをさらに備え、前記電力プロセッサは、前記データを前記不揮発性メモリから外部装置に前記電力トラッカバスを介して転送することを特徴とする請求項1記載のコンピュータに挿抜可能なメモリモジュール。
- 前記電力プロセッサは前記デジタルデータを前記不揮発性メモリから前記メモリデバイスに転送することを特徴とする請求項3記載のコンピュータに挿抜可能なメモリモジュール。
- コンピュータに挿抜可能なメモリモジュールのメモリデバイスが消費する電力に対応するデジタルデータを生成するステップと
前記デジタルデータを不揮発性メモリに記憶するステップと、
前記記憶するステップの前に前記デジタルデータにタイムスタンプを付すステップと、
前記デジタルデータの転送要求に応答して、前記デジタルデータを前記メモリモジュールから転送するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記デジタルデータは、専用電力トラッカバスを介して前記メモリモジュールから転送されることを特徴とする請求項5記載の方法。
