Description
クラッキング触媒Aは、好ましくは10〜70重量%のゼオライト、0〜30重量%のアルミナ、5〜40重量%のシリカ,及び残余のカオリンを含む。より好ましくは、触媒Aは、20〜60重量%のゼオライト、0〜20重量%のアルミナ、10〜40重量%のシリカ、及び残余のカオリンを含む。最も好ましくは、触媒Aは30〜50重量%のゼオライト、0〜20重量%のアルミナ、10〜30重量%のシリカ及び残余のカオリンを含む。
触媒Bは好ましくは0〜50重量%のゼオライト、0〜70重量%のアルミナ、5〜40重量%のシリカ、0〜15重量%の希土類金属酸化物、及び残余のカオリンを含む。より好ましくは、触媒Bは1〜30重量%のゼオライト、10〜70重量%のアルミナ、5〜35重量%のシリカ、0〜15重量%の希土類金属酸化物、及び残余のカオリンを含む。さらにより好ましくは、触媒Bは5〜15重量%のゼオライト、15〜55重量%のアルミナ、10〜30重量%のシリカ、1〜15重量%の希土類金属酸化物、及び残余のカオリンを含む。
好ましくは触媒Bは、上のゼオライトの少なくとも1を含み、より好ましくは希土類交換されたゼオライトを含む。さらにより好ましくは、触媒Bは、重質フィードの転化に適する重油FCC触媒である。そのような触媒は、通常のFCC触媒より多い量のアルミナ及び少ないゼオライトを一般的に含む。したがって、触媒Bは、触媒Aより多い量のアルミナ及び少ないゼオライトを含む。
触媒A及びB以外に、クラッキング触媒組成物は追加の成分、例えば追加の金属除去添加剤、又は追加のクラッキング触媒を含み得る。例えば、クラッキング触媒組成物は、ゼオライト−Y含有触媒A、クラッキング触媒B、及びオクタン価を高めるゼオライト例えばZSM−5を含む触媒を含んでもよい。
本発明によるクラッキング触媒組成物は、汚染物質金属の高い濃度を含む重質炭化水素フィードで作動するFCCユニットにおいて特に有用である。そのようなフィードの例は、大気圧蒸留残渣(ADR)、570℃より高い沸点を有する真空残渣、重質真空ガスオイル(HVGO)、及びそれらの混合物である。
一般的な試験方法:微小活性試験
38.0kgのシリカヒドロゾル(7.5重量%のSiO2)が、希釈された硫酸溶液を用いてケイ酸ナトリウム溶液(29%SiO2,9%Na2O)の酸性pH下での制御された中和により製造された。新しく製造されたヒドロゾルに、4.0kgの粉末カオリンが、得られる懸濁液の徹底的な攪拌下、添加された。次に、2.4kgの酸性ベーマイト懸濁液続いて16.0kgの希土類交換されたY−ゼオライトの酸性懸濁液が添加された。得られた前駆体懸濁液は20重量%の固体含有量を有した。

−触媒B1,及び
−8重量%の希土類金属で含浸された触媒B1(触媒B1RE)。
触媒B2、25重量%のシリカ、50重量%の活性アルミナ、及び残余としてのカオリンを含み、細孔形成剤(実施例1を見よ)を用いて、シリカ、アルミナ、及びカオリンの量及びこの触媒中でのゼオライトの不在を除いて触媒B1のための製造方法に従って製造された。
触媒B3、25重量%のシリカ、30重量%の活性アルミナ、及び残余としてのカオリンを含み、細孔形成剤(実施例1を見よ)を用いて、シリカ、アルミナ、及びカオリンの量及びこの触媒中でのゼオライトの不在を除いて触媒B1のための製造方法に従って製造された。
触媒B4、触媒B2と同じ組成を有するが、細孔形成剤を用いることなしに製造された。従って、この触媒は、シリカ、アルミナ、カオリンの量及びこの触媒におけるゼオライトの不在を除いて触媒A1(実施例1を見よ)のための製造方法に従って製造される。
触媒A2、50重量%のY−ゼオライト、25重量%のシリカ及び残余としてのカオリンを含む。
触媒FCC、35重量%の希土類交換されたY−ゼオライト、10重量%のアルミナ、シリカ、及び残余としてのカオリンを含む商用触媒。
触媒B3、25重量%のシリカ,30重量%の活性アルミナ、及び残余のカオリンを含む。この触媒はランタンクロライド又はRE、即ち主にCe及びLaを含む希土類金属化合物の混合物で含浸され、11重量%のRE2O3(触媒B3RE)又は11重量%のLa2O3(触媒B3La)を生成する。
触媒A3、3重量%のRE2O3で交換された、45重量%のUSY、シリカ、アルミナ、及び残余のカオリンを含む。
触媒A4、12重量%のRE2O3で交換された、35重量%のUSY、シリカ、アルミナ、及び残余のカオリンを含む。
Claims (11)
- 10〜90重量%のクラッキング触媒Aと90〜10重量%のクラッキング触媒Bとの物理的混合物を含むクラッキング触媒組成物において、触媒Aはゼオライト含有クラッキング触媒であり、触媒Bは20〜200Åの細孔直径範囲において、同じ細孔直径範囲における触媒Aより高い平均細孔体積を有し、かつM41S物質を含まない触媒である、ところの組成物。
- 20〜200Åの細孔直径範囲におけるクラッキング触媒Bの平均細孔体積が、同じ細孔直径範囲におけるクラッキング触媒Aの平均細孔体積より1.5〜6倍高い、請求項1に記載のクラッキング触媒組成物。
- 20〜200Åの細孔直径範囲におけるクラッキング触媒Bの平均細孔体積が0.1〜0.4ml/gである、請求項1〜2のいずれか1項に記載のクラッキング触媒組成物。
- クラッキング触媒Aが10〜70重量%のゼオライト、0〜30重量%のアルミナ、5〜40重量%のシリカ及び残余のカオリンを含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のクラッキング触媒組成物。
- ゼオライトがゼオライトY、ゼオライトUSY、希土類金属交換されたゼオライトY、及び希土類金属交換されたゼオライトUSYから選択される、請求項4に記載のクラッキング触媒組成物。
- クラッキング触媒Bが、0〜50重量%のゼオライト、0〜70重量%のアルミナ、5〜40重量%のシリカ、0〜15重量%の希土類金属酸化物、及び残余のカオリンを含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のクラッキング触媒組成物。
- クラッキング触媒Bが5〜15重量%のゼオライトを含む、請求項6に記載のクラッキング触媒組成物。
- クラッキング触媒Bが1〜15重量%の希土類金属酸化物を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のクラッキング触媒組成物。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に従うクラッキング触媒組成物を、流動接触分解法において使用する方法。
- 大気圧蒸留残渣、570℃より高い沸点を有する真空残渣、重質真空ガスオイル、及びそれらの混合物から選択された炭化水素フィードの流動接触分解のために、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載に従うクラッキング触媒組成物を使用する方法。
- 前記炭化水素フィードがバナジウムを含む、請求項10に従う方法。
