Description
レギュレータ本体内に中空の設定ねじが螺合され、設定ねじの中空孔に平行ピンに係合したカムシャフトが相対回転可能状態に挿通され、設定ねじの回転操作によって調圧部材の位置が微調整されて、出力ポートの圧力の補正及び初期設定が行われることを第1構成とする。

Claims (2)
- レギュレータ本体内に主弁とダイヤフラムと調圧部材とが配設され、主弁は供給ポートと出力ポートとを連通させる通路に配置され、バルブスプリングによって主弁が閉じる方向に付勢され、ダイヤフラムに作用する調圧スプリングによって主弁が開く方向に付勢され、調圧部材が回転不能かつ往復動可能状態に支持され、調圧部材に高さの異なる複数の係合面を有するカム面が形成され、前記カム面に接触する平行ピンが配設され、レバーハンドルの操作によって前記平行ピンが前記係合面のいずれかと係合して、調圧スプリングの撓み量が制御され、そしてダイヤフラムに作用する力が制御されて出力ポートの圧力が段階的に制御されるレギュレータにおいて、
レギュレータ本体内に中空の設定ねじが螺合され、設定ねじの中空孔に平行ピンに係合したカムシャフトが相対回転可能状態に挿通され、設定ねじの回転操作によって調圧部材の位置が微調整されて、出力ポートの圧力の補正及び初期設定が行われることを特徴とするレギュレータ。 - レギュレータ本体にキャップが回転可能状態に嵌合され、キャップにレバーハンドルが固定され、キャップの係合穴にカムシャフトが相対回転不能かつ往復動可能状態に係合され、キャップ内面に円弧状溝が形成され、レギュレータ本体に係止されたストッパーピンが前記円弧状溝に係合され、平行ピンの回転角度の範囲が規制されて、最高の高さの係合面Hと、最低の高さの係合面Lとの間で平行ピンの移動が行われないようにした請求項1のレギュレータ。
