Description
本発明は、移植用の骨ねじ及び骨プレートに関し、詳細には、骨ねじ及び骨プレートを患者の骨に経皮的に固定するための方法及び装置に関する。
低侵襲性外科技術が、様々なタイプの外科手術のために開発されてきた。このような技術では、外科手術の目的を達成することと、患者に対する外科手術による傷害を最少にすることとのバランスがとられてきた。従って、低侵襲性技術を用いた外科手術は、「開放手術」すなわち従来の外科技術と比べ、術後の状態が良く、術後の入院期間が短く、術後の痛みが少なく、コストを削減でき、回復が早い。このような利点から、低侵襲性技術が、より様々な外科手術に適用されるようになってきた。例えば、結腸癌の腹腔鏡的結腸切除などの腹腔鏡手術の形態の低侵襲性技術が開発された。
本発明は、整形外科用組立体の経皮的移植を提供して、比較的細長い切開部を形成する必要がないようにする。本発明の概念は、大腿骨などの人体構造の細長い骨への骨プレートの移植及び取付けに特に適している。実際に、本発明の概念により、比較的小さな切開部(例えば2〜3cm)を介して股関節ねじ及び骨プレートを移植することができる。移植されたら、記載する装置及び技術を用いて股関節ねじ及び骨プレートを互いに対して整合及び係合させることができる。従来の技術(例えば、「開放」切開)に比べ比較的小さな切開部を用いることにより、本発明の概念は、感染症、再骨折、または治癒の遅れなどの術後の問題が起こる可能性を低くすることができる。
本発明は様々な変更形態及び変形形態が可能であるが、本発明の特定の例示的な実施形態を、図を用いて以降に詳細に説明する。しかしながら、本発明は記載される特定の形態に限定するものではなく、むしろ、添付の特許請求の範囲によって規定される本発明の概念及び範囲に含まれる全ての変更形態、同等物、及び代替形態を包含するものである。
Claims (4)
- 股関節ねじ及び骨プレートを経皮的に移植するための器具組立体であって、
前記股関節ねじに固定できるように適合された、第1の整合構造を備えたねじ位置合わせ器具と、
前記骨プレートに固定できるように適合された、第2の整合構造を備えたプレート位置合わせ器具と、
第3の整合構造を備えた整合器具とを含み、
前記ねじ位置合わせ器具及び前記プレート位置合わせ器具が互いに対して所定の位置に配置され、これにより、前記股関節ねじ及び前記骨プレートを互いに対して位置が合うように、前記第3の整合構造が、前記第1の整合構造及び前記第2の整合構造と協働できるように適合されており、
前記第1の整合構造が、前記ねじ位置合わせ器具に画定された第1の凹部を含み、
前記第2の整合構造が、前記プレート位置合わせ器具に画定された第2の凹部を含み、
前記第3の整合構造が、前記整合器具から延びた整合部材を含み、
前記第1の凹部及び前記第2の凹部が、前記整合部材を受容できるように適合されており、
前記整合部材が、前記第1の凹部及び前記第2の凹部に配置されると、前記ねじ位置合わせ器具及び前記プレート位置合わせ器具は互いに対して所定位置に配置されることを特徴とする器具組立体。 - 前記プレート位置合わせ器具が更に、前記骨プレートを患者の体内に移植する前に前記骨プレートに固定できるように適合されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の器具組立体。
- 前記ねじ位置合わせ器具が更に、前記股関節ねじを患者の体内に移植する前に前記股関節ねじに固定できるように適合されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の器具組立体。
- 前記股関節ねじにフランジが固定されており、
前記骨プレートに溝が画定されており、
前記第3の整合構造が更に、前記骨プレートが固定された前記プレート位置合わせ器具の移動により、前記フランジが前記溝内に受容されるように、前記第1の整合構造及び前記第2の整合構造と協働できるように適合されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の器具組立体。
