Description
内容量3リットルのステンレス製のオートクレーブ反応容器に、ニッケルラテライト鉱石を固形率約30%のスラリーとして入れた。使用したニッケルラテライト鉱石の組成を、表1に示す。

ニッケルラテライト鉱石の中でも塩基性の高いサプロライト系鉱石を使用したこと以外は、従来例1と同様に浸出および測定を行った。その測定結果を、表2に示す。
Claims (4)
- 硫酸溶液によりニッケルラテライト鉱石からニッケルを浸出する高温加圧酸浸出法を用いたニッケル製錬方法において、被浸出スラリーに硫黄および炭素化合物のうちの1つ以上を添加して、浸出液の酸化還元電位(vs Ag/AgCl)を400〜600mVに制御して浸出を行うことを特徴とするニッケル製錬方法。
- 浸出液において、硫黄の含有量と、総炭素量として測定される炭素化合物の含有量との合計が、0.5〜1.0質量%の範囲内となるように、被浸出スラリーに硫黄および炭素化合物を添加することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 浸出液において、硫黄の含有量が、0.2〜0.5質量%の範囲内となるように、被浸出スラリーに硫黄を添加することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 浸出液において、総炭素量として測定される炭素化合物の含有量が、0.2〜0.5質量%の範囲内となるように、被浸出スラリーに炭素化合物を添加することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
