Claims (5)
- 翼カバーを翼先端部に有するタービン動翼を、タービンロータに予め組み立てられた互いに隣接するタービン動翼間に挿入する際、前記タービン動翼の翼カバーと前記隣接するタービン動翼の翼カバーとを互いに接触させる構成にしたタービン動翼組立体において、
前記タービン動翼の翼カバーは、
前記隣接するタービン動翼の翼カバーの側面との接触部分である側面と、
前記隣接するタービン動翼間に挿入する際、前記隣接するタービン動翼の翼カバーを押し退ける傾斜面状の切欠きと、を備えたことを特徴とするタービン動翼組立体。 - 前記傾斜面状の切欠きは、前記翼カバーの裏面の隅部に備えたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のタービン動翼組立体。
- 前記隣接するタービン動翼の翼カバーは、表面の隅部に他の傾斜面状の切欠きを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のタービン動翼組立体。
- 前記傾斜面状の切欠きは、傾斜角をθとするとき、tanθ=(1/摩擦係数)に設定したことを特徴とする請求項1記載のタービン動翼組立体。
- 傾斜面状の切欠きは、その表面にショットピーニング、焼入れ、表面改質処理、コーティングのうち、いずれか一つ以上の硬化処理層を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のタービン動翼組立体。
