Claims (15)

- 行より多い列を含む、請求項1に記載のマイクロ波フィルタ。
- 同じ数の列と行を含む、請求項1に記載のマイクロ波フィルタ。

- 少なくとも1つの共振器空洞を含み、該共振器空洞が、少なくとも2つのシーケンシャルに隣接する共振器空洞と、少なくとも2つの非シーケンシャルに隣接する共振器空洞とを結合するように構成される、請求項6に記載のマイクロ波フィルタ。
- 少なくとも1つの共振器空洞を含み、該共振器空洞が、少なくとも2つのシーケンシャルに隣接する共振器空洞と、少なくとも1つの非シーケンシャルに隣接する共振器空洞と、少なくとも1つの非シーケンシャルであって且つ隣接しない共振器空洞とを結合するように構成される、請求項6に記載のマイクロ波フィルタ。
- 少なくとも1つの共振器空洞を含み、該共振器空洞が、少なくとも2つのシーケンシャルに隣接する共振器空洞と、少なくとも2つの非シーケンシャルに隣接する共振器空洞と、少なくとも1つの非シーケンシャルであって且つ隣接しない共振器空洞とを結合するように構成される、請求項7に記載のマイクロ波フィルタ。
- 他の行より少ない数の共振器空洞を有するように構成された少なくとも1つの行を含む、請求項1に記載のマイクロ波フィルタ。
- 他の列より少ない数の共振器空洞を有するように構成された少なくとも1つの列を含む、請求項1に記載のマイクロ波フィルタ。
- 主経路が、共振器空洞の3つ以上の行および3つ以上の列を通過する、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のマイクロ波フィルタ。
- 各共振器空洞が誘電体共振器を含む、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のマイクロ波フィルタ。
- 各共振器空洞が空の導波路空洞である、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のマイクロ波フィルタ。
- 各共振器空洞が同軸共振器である、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のマイクロ波フィルタ。
