前記反応基板と前記密着部とによって,さらに,前記熱エネルギーによる燃料の改質触媒反応を通じて,前記燃料から水素を含む改質ガスを発生させる改質反応部が構成され,
前記反応基板と前記密着部とによって,さらに,前記改質ガスに含まれている一酸化炭素の濃度を低減させる少なくとも一つの一酸化炭素低減部が構成されることを特徴とする,燃料電池用改質装置。 - 前記密着部は,前記反応基板の一面に密着されるキャッププレートを備えることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の燃料電池用改質装置。
- 複数の前記反応基板が積層形成され,
前記密着部は,前記複数の反応基板の最上位側における反応基板の一面に密着されるキャッププレートを含むことを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の燃料電池用改質装置。 - 前記燃料電池用改質装置は,第1及び第2一酸化炭素低減部を有し,
前記改質反応部と前記第1一酸化炭素低減部とが前記熱源部から上側に下からこの順で配置され,前記熱源部の下側に前記第2一酸化炭素低減部を配置されて構成されることを特徴とする,請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の前記燃料電池用改質装置。 - 前記燃料電池用改質装置は,改質反応部,熱源部,及び,第1一酸化炭素低減部がこの順序で積層されたことを特徴とする,請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の前記燃料電池用改質装置。
- 前記燃料電池用改質装置は,熱源部,改質反応部,及び,第1一酸化炭素低減部がこの順序で積層されたことを特徴とする,請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の前記燃料電池用改質装置。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の改質装置を含むことを特徴とする,燃料電池システム。
- 水素の生成に必要な燃料が流動可能なチャンネルを形成するプレートタイプのボディーと;
前記チャンネルの内表面に形成される触媒担持層と;
前記触媒担持層上に形成される触媒層と;
を含み,
前記ボディーは,アルミニウムを含む材質で形成され,
前記触媒担持層は,前記チャンネルの内表面が酸化処理されて形成されたアルミナからなることを特徴とする,改質装置用反応基板。
