Description
Claims (18)
- 12〜150μmの厚さを有する配向された多層共押し出しされた虹色フィルムであって、前記フィルムが各々30−500nmの実質的に均一な厚さの少なくとも10層の極めて薄い層を含み、前記層が概ね平行であり、そして前記接触する隣接層が異なる熱収縮性の熱可塑性樹脂材料であり、前記熱可塑性樹脂材料の各々が、前記フィルムの面内の少なくとも1つの次元において70−300℃の範囲の加熱に応答して少なくとも10%の量で熱収縮性であり、そして異なる熱収縮性の熱可塑性樹脂材料の共押し出しされた接触する隣接層が前記範囲の加熱に応答して実質的に均一に収縮性であり、前記収縮の後少なくとも0.03だけ異なる屈折率を有し、虹色を生じる、配向された多層共押し出しされた虹色フィルム。
- 前記フィルムが実質的に均一な厚さの少なくとも35層の極めて薄い層を含み、そして前記熱可塑性樹脂材料の各々が前記フィルムの面内の少なくとも1つの次元において加熱に応答して少なくとも20%の量で熱収縮性である請求項1に記載の配向された多層共押し出しされた虹色フィルム。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂材料が前記収縮の後少なくとも0.06だけ異なる屈折率を有する請求項2に記載の配向された多層共押し出しされた虹色フィルム。
- 前記フィルムが各々30−500nmの実質的に均一な厚さの少なくとも70層の極めて薄い層を含み、そして前記熱可塑性樹脂材料の各々が前記フィルムの面内の少なくとも1つの次元において加熱に応答して40−50%の量で熱収縮性である請求項3に記載の配向された多層共押し出しされた虹色フィルム。
- 前記フィルムが15〜75μmの厚さを有する請求項4に記載の配向された多層共押し出しされた虹色フィルム。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂材料が前記収縮の後少なくとも0.06だけ異なる屈折率を有する請求項1に記載の配向された多層共押し出しされた虹色フィルム。
- 前記フィルムが各々30−500nmの実質的に均一な厚さの少なくとも70層の極めて薄い層を含み、そして前記熱可塑性樹脂材料の各々が前記フィルムの面内の少なくとも1つの次元において加熱に応答して40−50%の量で熱収縮性である請求項1に記載の配向された多層共押し出しされた虹色フィルム。
- 前記フィルムが15〜75μmの厚さを有する請求項7に記載の配向された多層共押し出しされた虹色フィルム。
- 前記フィルムが15〜75μmの厚さを有する請求項1に記載の配向された多層共押し出しされた虹色フィルム。
- 各々が12−150μmの厚さを有する配向された薄いフィルムに形成された場合、前記フィルムの面内の少なくとも1つの次元において70−300℃の範囲の加熱に応答して少なくとも10%の量で熱収縮性であり、そしてその対が前記範囲の加熱に応答して実質的に均一に収縮性であって、前記収縮の後少なくとも0.03だけ異なる屈折率を有する1対の熱可塑性樹脂材料を選択することと;前記材料対を24〜750μmの厚さを有するフィルムに共押し出しして、各々30−500nmの実質的に均一の厚さの少なくとも10層の概ね平行な、極めて薄い層を含み、そして前記接触する隣接層が異なる熱収縮性の熱可塑性樹脂材料であるフィルムを形成することと;そして前記フィルム厚さを12〜150μmまで低減させる一方で、24〜750μmの厚さを有する前記フィルムを配向させることにより熱収縮性を付与することとを含む、配向された多層共押し出しされた虹色フィルムを製造する方法。
- 前記フィルムの面内の少なくとも1つの次元において70−300℃の範囲の加熱に応答して少なくとも20%の量で熱収縮性である前記熱可塑性樹脂材料対を選択し、そして前記対を各々30−500nmの少なくとも35層の概ね平行な、極めて薄い層を含むフィルムに共押し出しする請求項10に記載の多層共押し出しされた虹色フィルムを製造する方法。
- 前記収縮の後少なくとも0.06だけ異なる屈折率を有するように前記熱可塑性樹脂材料対を選択する請求項11に記載の多層共押し出しされた虹色フィルムを製造する方法。
- 前記フィルムの面内の少なくとも1つの次元において70−300℃の範囲の加熱に応答して40−50%の量で熱収縮性である前記熱可塑性樹脂材料対を選択し、そして前記対を各々30−500nmの少なくとも70層の概ね平行な、極めて薄い層を含むフィルムに共押し出しする請求項12に記載の多層共押し出しされた虹色フィルムを製造する方法。
- 前記共押し出しされたフィルム厚さが30〜375μmであり、そして15〜75μmまで縮小される請求項13に記載の多層共押し出しされた虹色フィルムを製造する方法。
- 前記収縮の後少なくとも0.06だけ異なる屈折率を有するように前記熱可塑性樹脂材料対を選択する請求項10に記載の多層共押し出しされた虹色フィルムを製造する方法。
- 前記フィルムの面内の少なくとも1つの次元において70−300℃の範囲の加熱に応答して40−50%の量で熱収縮性である前記熱可塑性樹脂材料対を選択し、そして前記対を各々30−500nmの少なくとも70層の概ね平行な、極めて薄い層を含むフィルムに共押し出しする請求項10に記載の多層共押し出しされた虹色フィルムを製造する方法。
