Thiol compounds obtained by esterification reaction of polyols such as tetrakis (β-thiopropionate) and dipentaerythritol poly (β-thiopropionate) and mercapto organic acids, 1,4-butanedithiol, 1,6- Alkyl polythiol compounds such as hexanedithiol and 1,10-decanedithiol; terminal thiol group-containing polyethers; terminal thiol group-containing polythioethers; thiol compounds obtained by reaction of epoxy compounds with hydrogen sulfide; It can be exemplified thiol compounds having a terminal thiol group obtained by reaction of a Richioru compound and an epoxy compound.
In the present invention, a coupling agent, a pigment, a dye, an antifoaming agent, a modifier, a filler, and a curing accelerator can be blended according to the characteristics of a selected material such as a resin component.
The epoxy resin composition used in the present invention is produced by uniformly mixing the above materials with a mixer or the like at room temperature or the like and then kneading them with a roll kneader or the like. There is no restriction | limiting in particular in the mixing | blending order of material. In this invention, it is preferable that content of the polythiol which has a 2 or more thiol group is 0.3-1.5 by an equivalent ratio with respect to the whole quantity of an epoxy resin. If this equivalent ratio is less than 0.3, the curability of the epoxy resin is lowered, and there is a possibility that a cured product having flexibility and flexibility cannot be formed. Moreover, even if the said equivalent ratio exceeds 1.5, the sclerosis | hardenability of an epoxy resin does not improve and there exists a possibility of producing a waste of materials.
The epoxy resin composition used in the present invention is cured so that the Shore A hardness is 75 or less at 25 ° C., and is 5. 5 for polycarbonate, ABS (acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer) resin or a composite thereof. It is preferable to cure so as to have a shearing adhesive force of 0 MPa or more, whereby a cured product having flexibility, flexibility and high adhesiveness can be formed. The epoxy resin composition used in the present invention has a curing time at 50 ° C. of 100 minutes or less, a curing time at 60 ° C. of 60 minutes or less, a curing time at 70 ° C. of 35 minutes or less, and a curing at 80 ° C. When the time is 20 minutes or less and the curing time at 100 ° C. is 10 minutes or less, it is possible to prevent a decrease in workability during use and a long curing time, and to increase work efficiency. it can. In order to have such curability, in the present invention, the blending amount of a bisphenol A type epoxy resin having a flexible skeleton and a polar bond group or a polythiol having two or more thiol groups is adjusted.
The present invention is a memory card using the above epoxy resin composition as an adhesive. Moreover, said epoxy resin composition can be used also as a sealing material of a semiconductor device. FIG. 1 shows an example of the
