Claims (2)
- キャップ及びボディから構成されるカプセル内に充填物を充填する装置であって、
ボディ内に充填物を供給する充填物供給手段と、
充填物が供給されたボディにキャップを結合するカプセル結合手段と、
ボディとキャップとが結合されたカプセルを排出する排出手段とを備え、
前記カプセル結合手段は、常温の充填物が充填されたボディへのキャップの結合前に、加熱された空気又は不活性ガスによりキャップ内を雰囲気温度よりも高温化するキャップ内高温化手段を備え、
前記キャップ内高温化手段は、キャップ内に向けて温風を噴射するように構成されており、
前記排出手段により排出されたカプセルの結合部にシール液を塗布することによりバンドシールを形成するカプセル封緘手段を更に備えるカプセル充填装置。 - キャップ及びボディから構成されるカプセル内に充填物を充填する方法であって、
ボディ内に充填物を供給する充填物供給工程と、
充填物が供給されたボディにキャップを結合するカプセル結合工程とを備え、
前記カプセル結合工程は、常温の充填物が充填されたボディへのキャップの結合前に、加熱された空気又は不活性ガスの温風をキャップ内に向けて噴射する工程と、ボディとキャップとが結合されたカプセルを排出する工程と、排出されたカプセルの結合部にシール液を塗布することによりバンドシールを形成する工程とを更に備えるカプセル充填方法。
