Description
このような大気に混じった溶剤を回収する手段として、ゼオライトや活性炭等の吸着剤を用い、これらに溶剤を吸脱着して回収するようにしたもの(例えば特許文献1、2)が知られている。
請求項2の発明は、熱交換器は、溶剤の飽和蒸気温度以下に冷却されるものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の溶剤の回収装置である。
請求項2の発明とすることで、一段と効率が良い溶剤回収ができることになる。

Claims (2)
- 溶剤含有ガスから溶剤を回収するための回収装置であって、該回収装置は、第一、第二の熱交換器と、該第一熱交換器に設けられる第一冷却器と、第二熱交換器に設けられる第二冷却器と、第一、第二の冷却器に交互に冷媒を供給するための冷媒供給手段と、第一冷却器に冷媒が供給されているときには溶剤含有ガスを第二熱交換器から第一熱交換器に流し、第二冷却器に冷媒が供給されているときには溶剤含有ガスを第一熱交換器から第二熱交換器に流すべく流路切換え手段を備えたガス流路とを備えて構成して、冷媒が供給されている熱交換器側では、供給される溶剤含有ガスに含まれる溶剤を凝縮させて回収し、冷媒が供給されていない熱交換器側では、前記溶剤の凝縮過程で凍結した凍結水分の解凍で予備冷却すると共に前記解凍水を回収するように構成すると共に、溶剤含有ガスが第一、第二熱交換器に至る前の主配管には予冷却器が設けられ、該予冷却器と第一、第二熱交換器とは、第一冷却器に冷媒が供給されているときには第一熱交換器を通過して溶剤回収されたガスを予冷却器に供給し、第二冷却器に冷媒が供給されているときには第二熱交換器を通過して溶剤回収されたガスを予冷却器に供給すべく流路切換えをする開閉弁を介してそれぞれ接続されていることを特徴とする溶剤の回収装置。
- 熱交換器は、溶剤の飽和蒸気温度以下に冷却されるものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の溶剤の回収装置。
