Description
Claims (14)
- 生検試料を採取し、且つ、遠い解剖部位に接近するための一体式生検/アクセスツールであって、
a.遠位端及び近位端を有する生検器具と、
b.遠位端及び近位端を有し、且つ、それらの間に第一機能導管が延びるカニューレと、
c.前記生検器具及びカニューレの少なくとも一つと取外し自在に連結したハンドル手段と、を有し、
前記ハンドル手段を前記生検器具から分離すれば、前記第一機能導管の少なくとも一部分を前記生検器具上を入れ子式に滑らせることができる、生検/アクセスツール。 - a.前記カニューレの遠位端は、前記生検試料又は解剖部位に対して配置され、
b.前記生検器具は、ハンドルの遠位端と前記カニューレの近位端とが係合しするように、前記第一機能導管内を前進し、前記生検器具の遠位端は、前記カニューレの遠位端を越えて或る距離延び、それによって、生検試料を確保する、請求項1記載の生検/アクセスツール。 - 前記生検器具は、2乃至3ミリメートルの範囲の外径を有し、前記カニューレは、3乃至4ミリメートルの外径を有する、請求項1記載の生検/アクセスツール。
- 前記生検器具及びカニューレの少なくとも一つの適正な配置を決定するための配置手段を更に有する、請求項1記載の生検/アクセスツール。
- 前記ハンドル手段は、取外し自在に前記配置手段に更に連結される、請求項4記載の生検/アクセスツール。
- 前記配置手段は、前記生検器具の中を延びる第二の機能導管内に入れ子式に受け入れられる、請求項4記載の生検/アクセスツール。
- 前記配置手段はトロカールから成る、請求項4記載の生検/アクセスツール。
- 前記トロカールはテーパーした遠位端を有する、請求項7記載の生検/アクセスツール。
- 前記トロカールは2乃至3ミリメートルの外径を有する、請求項8記載の生検/アクセスツール。
- 前記トロカールは、中を通って延びる導管を有する、請求項8記載の生検/アクセスツール。
- 前記配置手段はガイドワイヤーから成る、請求項4記載の生検/アクセスツール。
- 前記配置手段は、生検/アクセスツールが遠い解剖部位に位置決めされる侵入深さを測定するために、前記生検器具及びカニューレの少なくとも一方に、直線スケールを有する、請求項4記載の生検/アクセスツール。
- a.前記生検器具は、その上に軸線方向に間隔を隔てた少なくとも一つの区分を有し、 b.前記カニューレの遠位端が、生検試料又は解剖部位に対して配置されるとき、
c.生検器具を、区分と前記カニューレの近位端とが整列するように、前記第一機能導管の中を前進させるとき、
i)次いで、前記生検器具の遠位端は、前記カニューレの遠位端を越えて所定距離延び、それによって、生検試料を確保する請求項1記載の生検/アクセスツール。 - 前記ハンドル手段は、前記生検器具の遠位端及びカニューレの遠位端と同時に連結する、請求項1記載の生検/アクセスツール。
