Description
運転者に燃料消費状況を知らせるための情報を表示する車両の燃料情報表示装置として、エンジンの始動開始後の基準時から現時点までに運転者によるアクセル若しくはブレーキの操作から独立して設定される補正係数により燃料噴射量を増減させた際の総補正量を、この期間における噴射回数で平均するとともに、前記係数による補正前の、エンジンの運転状態に応じた燃料噴射量にこの平均値を加算した値に基づいて運転者に表示すべき表示情報を演算し、瞬時燃費をユーザに誤解なく表示するするもの(例えば特許文献2)、内燃機関の異常を検知する方法として学習値を用いるもの(例えば、特許文献3)等が提案されている。
エンジン(内燃機関)107は、シリンダブロック107bとピストン107aによって複数個の燃焼室107cを画定している。
つぎに、ステップS902では、燃費診断条件が成立しているか否かを判定し、成立していない場合には本ルーチンを終了する。
つぎに、ステップS904では、燃費悪化指数fが診断しきい値Aより小さいか否かを判定し、小さければ、ステップS905に進み、そうでなければ、ステップS907に進む。
つぎに、ステップS1202では、燃費診断の起動条件が成立しているか否かを判定し、成立していない場合には、以下の処理を行わずに本ルーチンを終了する。

Claims (13)
- 燃焼状態を調整する調整装置と、内燃機関の入力あるいは出力を推定もしくは検知してスロットル開度、燃料噴射パルス幅、燃料噴射時期、点火時期、排気ガス再循環量の少なくとも一つを補正する補正装置と、を備えた内燃機関の診断装置であって、
前記補正装置の制御補正量を所定時間毎に記録する記録装置と、該記録装置に記録した記録データあるいは記録データの履歴に基づいて内燃機関の燃費を評価する燃費評価手段と、を有することを特徴とする内燃機関の診断装置。 - 前記記録装置は、点火時期のリタード量、燃料の増量、空燃比の補正係数、及び、排気ガス再循環バルブの開度の燃費に関与する制御補正量の少なくとも一つを記録することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関の診断装置。
- 前記燃費評価手段によって評価された内燃機関の燃費に基づいて内燃機関の異常判定を行う異常診断手段を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の内燃機関の診断装置。
- 前記燃費評価手段は、前記制御補正量から燃費悪化要因を抽出し、抽出した燃費悪化要因に基づいて燃費悪化指数を算出するものであり、前記異常診断手段は、前記燃費悪化指数が所定の診断しきい値以上になった時に内燃機関の異常と判定することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の内燃機関の診断装置。
- 前記燃費悪化要因として、前記制御補正量の値、振幅、変化率、極値、所定パターンとの相関の少なくとも一つを用いることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の内燃機関の診断装置。
- 前記燃費悪化指数は、所定時間における前記燃費悪化要因の値、積算値、平均値、最大値の少なくとも一つに基づいて算出することを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載の内燃機関の診断装置。
- 前記燃費悪化指数を前記制御補正量と関連付けて前記記録装置に記録することを特徴とする請求項4から6の何れか一項に記載の内燃機関の診断装置。
- 前記診断しきい値は、燃費規制の規制値に基づいて設定することを特徴とする請求項4から7の何れか一項に記載の内燃機関の診断装置。
- 前記記録装置に記録した前記燃費悪化指数の履歴に基づいて内燃機関の異常予兆を検知することを特徴とする請求項4から8の何れか一項に記載の内燃機関の診断装置。
- 内燃機関の燃料噴射パルス信号等から瞬間燃費を演算し、前記異常診断手段は前記瞬間燃費と前記燃費悪化指数に基づいて内燃機関の異常と判定することを特徴とする請求項4から9の何れか一項に記載の内燃機関の診断装置。
- 前記瞬間燃費と前記燃費悪化指数を前記記録装置に記録し、前記記録装置に記録した前記瞬間燃費と前記燃費悪化指数の関係に基づいて燃費を予測し、運転者もしくは車外に予測した燃費を通知することを特徴とする請求項4から10の何れか一項に記載の内燃機関の診断装置。
- 前記異常診断手段が内燃機関の異常と判定した時には運転者に警告を発すると共に、車外に異常情報を通知することを特徴とする請求項4から11の何れか一項に記載の内燃機関の診断装置。
- 前記燃費悪化指数が前記診断しきい値に近づいたときに異常を回復するための異常回復処理を実施することを特徴とする請求項4から12の何れか一項に記載の内燃機関の診断装置。
