Claims (2)
- 低温環境に曝される被検出部材の疲労損傷度を検出するための方法であって、
箔状の基板と、前記基板の一表面上に長手方向両端部が固着され、長手方向両端部間の中央部に、前記長手方向に垂直な幅方向一側部から幅方向他側部に向かって延びるスリットが形成された箔状の破断片とを備えた疲労センサにおいて、前記破断片を前記被検出部材に比して線膨張係数が大きい材料から形成し、
前記疲労センサの前記基板の他表面を前記被検出部材に固定し、
前記固定後の状態において前記被検出部材及び前記疲労センサを冷却し、
前記冷却後の状態において前記スリットから進展したき裂進展長によって前記被検出部材の疲労損傷度を検出する、疲労損傷度検出方法。 - 前記被検出部材がアルミ合金から形成される場合に、前記破断片を純アルミ、純マグネシウム、または純亜鉛から形成する、請求項1記載の疲労損傷度検出方法。
