Description
図1aは、管路1および2内の2個のキャビティーが充填された際の圧力上昇を示す。この図示によれば時間(秒)の経過に伴う圧力(バール)の変化が得られる。これにより圧力が約1秒後に始まって、管路2においては約2秒後には大幅に上昇し、かくして3秒後にはほぼ最高値に達することが認識される。管路2内での圧力上昇過程は、基準圧力曲線として把握される。言うまでもなく、管路1内での圧力上昇過程を基準圧力曲線として把握することも可能である。

Claims (1)
- 多数個取りの射出成形金型のキャビティーの充填過程において、あるキャビティーのパラメータの実際の変化過程が基準値として把握され、この基準値と少なくとも他の1個のキャビティーのパラメータの実際の変化過程を測定値として対比させた後、縦軸または横軸の一方を前記基準値、他方を前記基準値に対応した前記測定値としたグラフを表示し、横軸及び縦軸の目盛の長さを等しくした場合に、前記グラフにおいて前記測定値の変化過程が基準値の変化過程と完全に一致する場合には、傾きが45°の直線が表示され、また不一致の場合には、前記他の1個のキャビティーのパラメータを変化させることにより、傾きを45°の直線に接近させるようにすることを特徴とするグラフを表示してパラメータを制御する方法。
