Claims (2)
- 少なくとも1つのX線ビームを照射領域に向けて放射するX線ビーム・システムであって、
このX線ビーム・システムが有する複数のX線ビーム放射器がターゲット窓を有する真空チャンバと、
前記真空チャンバ内に配置され、電子の通過をほぼ阻止する厚さを有する前記ターゲット窓に向けて放射される電子を発生させて、電子と同一方向に移動するX線ビームとなって該ターゲット窓を透過するX線を発生させる電子発生器と、
を備え、
前記複数のX線ビーム放射器が連結され前記照射領域のまわりにリング状に配置されて中央照射チャンバを形成しているリングを2つ以上備えているX線ビーム・システムを含むX線照射装置。 - 複数のX線ビーム放射器を備え、少なくとも1つのX線ビームを照射領域に向けて放射するX線ビーム・システムを形成し、
前記X線ビーム放射器に、ターゲット窓を有する真空チャンバと、前記真空チャンバ内に配置される電子発生器とを設け、電子の通過をほぼ阻止する厚さを有する前記ターゲット窓に向けて放射される電子を発生させて、電子と同一方向に移動するX線ビームとなってターゲット窓を透過するX線を発生させ、
前記複数のX線ビーム放射器が連結され前記照射領域のまわりにリング状に配置されて中央照射チャンバを形成している2つ以上のリングから前記X線ビーム・システムを形成する、各ステップを含む、X線照射装置を形成する方法。
