Description
一方、糸状菌性病害であるイネばか苗病、いもち病などに有効なトリコデルマ属に属する微生物が特許文献4に、また、細菌性病害である苗立枯細菌病に有効なトリコデルマ属に属する微生物が特許文献5に開示されている。
しかし、一般に微生物を利用した生物防除が具体化する中で、低投下量で有効な、環境に対する負荷の軽い防除剤が望まれているが、これらの微生物を利用した生物農薬にも化学農薬に匹敵する糸状菌病から細菌病までを防除し、安定した効果を満足させることは難しかった。
(1)Penicillium属またはその完全世代であるTalaromyces属、Eupenicillium属に属し、イネ科植物伝染性病害に対して防除能を有する糸状菌。
(2)糸状菌がPenicillium verruculosumである前記(1)に記載の糸状菌。
(3)糸状菌がPenicillium aculeatumである前記(1)に記載の糸状菌。
(4)糸状菌がEupenicillium reticulisporumである前記(1)に記載の糸状菌。
(5)Penicillium sp.B-453(FERM BP-08517)。
(6)Talaromyces sp.B-422(FERM BP-08516)。
(7)Eupenicillium reticulisporum B-408(FERM BP-08515)。
(8)前記(1)〜(7)のいずれかに記載の糸状菌のうち少なくとも1菌株を有効成分とするイネ科植物病害防除剤。
(9)防除剤はイネの育苗時に発生する糸状菌性病害および細菌性病害の両方に対して防除能を有する前記(8)に記載のイネ科植物病害防除剤。
(10)前記(8)または(9)に記載のイネ科植物病害防除剤を使用したイネ科植物病害防除方法。
(11)前記(8)または(9)に記載のイネ科植物病害防除剤により処理した生物資材。
(12)生物資材は、イネ科植物育苗培養土である前記(11)に記載の生物資材。
(13)前記(8)または(9)に記載の防除剤により処理された植物種子。
また、これらの微生物は、ふすまなどの資材での培養、固体培地での静置培養、液体培養等の公知の手段で増殖させたものを用いればよく、特に培地の種類、培養条件などに制限されるものではない。
以下、本発明を製剤例及び試験例を挙げて具体的に説明するが、本発明はこれらの例に限定されるものではない。
市販の育苗用粒状培土(商品名:くみあい粒状培土)を詰めた育苗用箱(10×15cm)に1箱当たり乾籾10g相当を播種した(1区3反復)。播種14日後に各試験区を以下の発病指数を用いて発病状況を調査した。結果を表2に示す。

0:無発病、1:白化苗の発生が見られるが枯死苗はない、2:枯死苗25%以下、3:枯死苗25〜50%、4:枯死苗50〜80%、5:枯死苗80%以上(ほとんど全てが枯死)
