R1 aR2 bR3 cSiO(4−a−b−c)/2 (1)

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a cosmetic containing inulin and / or a hydrolyzed inulin fatty acid ester and a polyhydric alcohol-modified silicone having a specific structure, and has a good feeling of use, in particular, emulsification of an oil containing silicone oil, and its stability. The present invention relates to an emulsified cosmetic excellent in properties.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, silicone oils that do not have a refreshing oily feeling and have high water repellency have been widely used in cosmetics. However, since silicone oils are not compatible with hydrocarbon oils and ester oils used in cosmetics, it is possible to obtain stable emulsions with conventionally used emulsifiers such as polyoxyalkylene fatty acid esters. It was difficult.
Thus, many methods using polyether-modified silicone as a silicone emulsifier have been proposed (for example, Patent Documents 1 to 5).
However, for oils other than silicone oil, polyether-modified silicone is inferior in emulsifying power, and it has been difficult to prepare a stable emulsion.
In order to solve these problems, organopolysiloxanes having both long-chain alkyl groups and polyoxyalkylene groups and novel silicone surfactants have been proposed (for example, Patent Documents 6 to 7).

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, even with these silicone compounds, the emulsifiability and emulsification stability are still unsatisfactory, and further development has been demanded.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a result of intensive studies to solve the above problems, the present inventors have found that in emulsified cosmetics, by containing inulin and / or hydrolyzed inulin fatty acid ester and a specific polyhydric alcohol-modified silicone, It was found that the emulsifiability and stability of the oil agent contained, and in the case of a dosage form containing powder, the powder dispersibility and stability were good and the usability was excellent, and the present invention was completed.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The component (A 1 ) used in the present invention is inulin and / or hydrolyzed inulin fatty acid ester having a fatty acid esterification degree per monosaccharide unit of 2.2 or more. In the acyl group of the ester, total acyl The inulin and / or hydrolyzed inulin fatty acid ester in which 60 mol% or more of the group is one or more selected from a hexadecanoyl group, an octadecanoyl group, an eicosanoyl group, and a docosanoyl group.
[0010]
In Ingredients (A), the degree of substitution of inulin and / or hydrolysis inulin per fructose unit fatty acid is 2.2 or greater. When the degree of substitution is lower than 2.2, the solubility and gel structure are not sufficiently imparted to octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane and / or decamethylcyclopentasiloxane, and it is difficult to ensure the stability that is the object of the present invention. It is.
[0011]
In the inulin and / or hydrolyzed inulin fatty acid ester, the degree of fatty acid esterification per monosaccharide unit (A) used in the present invention is 2.2 or more, in the acyl group of the ester, the total acyl group It is necessary that 60 mol% or more of the compound is at least one selected from a hexadecanoyl group, an octadecanoyl group, an eicosanoyl group, and a docosanoyl group. If the total amount of these acyl groups is less than 60 mol%, it is difficult to ensure the stability of the cosmetic. With regard to the carbon chain length of the acyl group, an acyl group having a smaller number of carbon atoms than the hexadecanoyl group does not provide sufficient gel structure, and conversely, an acyl group having a larger number of carbon atoms than the docosanoyl group has a heavy feel during use. Accompanying or precipitation of the gelling agent over time.
[0012]
In the inulin and / or hydrolyzed inulin fatty acid ester of component (A) used in the cosmetic of the present invention, 60 mol% or more of the total acyl groups are hexadecanoyl group, octadecanoyl group, eicosanoyl group, docosanoyl. If it is 1 type, or 2 or more types chosen from group, and the fatty acid esterification degree per monosaccharide unit is 2.2 or more, you may substitute by the other acyl group. Examples of other acyl groups include acetyl group, propionyl group, butyryl group, isobutyryl group, valeryl group, isovaleryl group, pivaloyl group, hexanoyl group, octanoyl group, decanoyl group, dodecanoyl group, tetradecanoyl group, tetracosanoyl group , Hexacosanoyl group, octacosanoyl group, triacontanoyl group, oleoyl group, benzoyl group, naphthoyl group and the like.
[0013]
The fatty acid ester of inulin and / or hydrolyzed inulin having an acyl group substitution degree of 2.2 or higher as the component (A) used in the present invention is obtained by reacting the inulin and / or hydrolyzed inulin with the fatty acid or fatty acid derivative. Manufactured by. Examples of fatty acid derivatives include acid halides and acid anhydrides. The reaction of inulin and hydrolyzed inulin with a fatty acid or a fatty acid derivative can be easily performed by a conventionally known method. For example, it can be obtained by dispersing inulin and hydrolyzed inulin in dimethylformamide and pyridine, adding a fatty acid halide or a fatty acid anhydride thereto, and reacting at around 60 ° C. for about 2 hours.
[0014]
In the inulin and / or hydrolyzed inulin fatty acid ester of the component (A) used in the present invention, when it is desired to secure the fluidity of the cosmetic at the same time as ensuring the stability, a branched hydrocarbon is used in the acyl group of the ester. It is desirable to contain an acyl group having a skeleton. The acyl group having a branched hydrocarbon skeleton desirably has 22 or less carbon atoms, and more desirably has 18 or less carbon atoms. Examples of the acyl group having a branched hydrocarbon skeleton that is preferably used include an isostearoyl group, an isohexadecanoyl group, an isodecanoyl group, and an isooctanoyl group. Even in the case of component (A) substituted with an acyl group having a branched hydrocarbon skeleton, 60 mol% or more of the total acyl groups are acyl groups having 16 to 22 carbon atoms, and the degree of acyl group substitution per unit sugar Needs to be 2.2 or more.
[0015]
The blending amount of the inulin and / or hydrolyzed inulin fatty acid ester of the component (A) in the cosmetic of the present invention cannot be limited depending on the type of cosmetic preparation, the type of use, etc. (Hereinafter simply referred to as “%”). These inulins and / or hydrolyzed inulin fatty acid esters can be used singly or in combination as required.
