Description
The present invention includes a polyglycerin-modified silicone, a partially crosslinked organopolysiloxane polymer containing a long-chain alkyl group, a volatile silicone oil, and water. More specifically, the water phase component is contained in an amount of 70% by mass or more, has excellent spreading and spreading after application, and smoothness of the skin after application. It relates to emulsified cosmetics.
Emulsified cosmetics that can give not only moisture but also oil to the skin have been studied in the cosmetics field as a highly value-added dosage form. The emulsified cosmetics are roughly classified into oil-in-water emulsified cosmetics and water-in-oil emulsified cosmetics. Water-in-oil emulsified cosmetics have an excellent emollient effect, moisturizing effect, treatment effect, etc. on the skin because the skin surface is covered with an oil film to prevent moisture transpiration and protect the skin from drying. is there. On the other hand, in water-in-oil type emulsified cosmetics, the selection of an emulsifier is also considered as an important factor not only in the emulsifying function but also in the sensory characteristics.
Conventionally, there are many techniques using polyoxyalkylene-modified silicone as an emulsifier for water-in-oil emulsified cosmetics. In recent years, there is also a technology related to polyglycerin-modified silicone that provides better skin feel after application than polyoxyalkylene-modified silicone (see, for example, Patent Documents 1 and 2).
In addition, the partially crosslinked organopolysiloxane polymer is blended in the water-in-oil emulsion cosmetic for the purpose of imparting viscosity to the outer phase and improving stability over time. For example, there is a technique for combining a partially crosslinked organopolysiloxane polymer with a polyoxyalkylene-modified silicone or polyoxyalkylene alkyl co-modified silicone (see, for example, Patent Document 3).
On the other hand, in order to obtain fresh usability at the time of application, there is a technique using a specific polyoxyalkylene-modified silicone having a crosslinked structure in a part of the molecule as a technique for emulsifying 50% or more of an aqueous phase component (for example, a patent) Reference 4). Furthermore, there is also a technique for emulsifying 83 to 95% of the aqueous phase component using a partially crosslinked organopolysiloxane polymer and a lipophilic polyoxyalkylene-modified silicone (see, for example, Patent Document 5).
However, in the technique of Patent Document 1 or Patent Document 2, when a large amount of aqueous phase component is emulsified, there are cases where the emulsion stability is inferior or the stability over time is not sufficient. Therefore, in order to improve emulsification stability and stability over time, it is necessary to blend a large amount of polyglycerin-modified silicone, which is an emulsifier, resulting in a stickiness to the skin, resulting in problems in usability. There was a case.
In the technique of Patent Document 3, it is possible to suppress a change in viscosity over time by using a partially crosslinked organopolysiloxane polymer. However, depending on the blending amount, there may be a change in viscosity or the skin after application. In some cases, the smoothness was not excellent.
Moreover, although the technique of patent document 4 and patent document 5 is excellent in time-dependent stability as a technique regarding the high inner water phase type emulsified cosmetic, these are mainly examined about the degree of appearance change, and the viscosity change. There is no disclosure as a technology related to a small number of items.
In general, it is known that water-in-oil emulsified cosmetics are more susceptible to changes in viscosity due to coalescence of emulsion droplets than oil-in-water emulsified cosmetics. Viscosity changes occur even at a level that does not appear in appearance changes, and it is important to develop technology with little viscosity change in water-in-oil emulsified cosmetics. In particular, in high internal water phase water-in-oil type emulsified cosmetics containing a large amount of water phase components, there has been a demand for technological development with little viscosity change in order to study the temporal stability.
That is, in the present invention, the high internal water phase water-in-oil emulsion emulsified cosmetics that have a fresh usability have a characteristic that there is particularly little change in viscosity, but a light feeling of spread and skin after use. It is an object to develop a water-in-oil emulsified cosmetic with excellent smoothness.
In this situation, the present inventor has intensively studied to solve the above problems, and as a result, (A) polyglycerin-modified silicone as an emulsifier and (B) a partially cross-linked organo group containing a long-chain alkyl group as an emulsion stabilizer. It has been found that by using a polysiloxane polymer, a high internal water phase water-in-oil emulsified cosmetic with no change in viscosity with time and excellent stability can be obtained even when the aqueous phase component is contained by 70% by mass or more. The present invention has been completed.

As is clear from the results in Tables 1 to 3, the cream-in-oil-in-water emulsion sunscreens of the present invention products 1 to 12 are excellent in the smoothness of the skin after application, and the viscosity changes over time. It has been proven to be excellent in stability. On the other hand, the comparative product 1 using polyoxyethylene-modified silicone instead of the component (A) is not satisfactory in the feeling of use because the viscosity changes remarkably over time. However, the viscosity change occurred and the usability was even worse. Moreover, in the comparative product 3 using cetyl polyoxyethylene modified silicone instead of the component (A), the viscosity changes with time, which is not satisfactory in the feeling of use. Although there was little change in viscosity, the feeling in use was not satisfactory. Comparative product 5 using a partially crosslinked organopolysiloxane polymer having no long-chain alkyl group in place of component (B) changed in viscosity over time and was not satisfactory in feeling of use. The same result was obtained for Comparative Product 6. From the above, in the present invention, the combination including component (A) polyglycerin-modified silicone and component (B) long-chain alkyl group-containing partially crosslinked organopolysiloxane polymer is important in the effects of the present invention. Indicated.
