Claims (5)
- 複数の電池(10)を直線状に連結している電池モジュール(1)をホルダーケース(2)に収納している車両電源のバッテリー装置であって、
電池モジュール(1)は、接続体(20)を介して、あるいは接続体を介することなく電池(10)を直列に接続して直線状に連結しており、さらに、連結している電池(10)の境界部分を弾性変形できる筒体のエラストマ筒(3)で被覆しており、
このエラストマ筒(3)は両端部を隣接する電池(10)の表面に積層して、中間部でもって電池(10)の境界の連結隙間(8)を閉塞しており、
連結部にエラストマ筒(3)を設けている電池モジュール(1)は、エラストマ筒(3)でもって、エラストマ筒部の外形を、エラストマ筒(3)でカバーされない電池部(5)の外形よりも太くしており、
ホルダーケース(2)は、電池モジュール(1)を収納する収納部(4)を有し、この収納部(4)に電池モジュール(1)を挟着して保持するために、ホルダーケース(2)を第1ホルダ(2A)と第2ホルダ(2B)に分割しており、第1ホルダ(2A)と第2ホルダ(2B)で形成される収納部(4)は、その内形を、エラストマ筒部の外形よりも細く、かつ、電池部(5)の外形よりも太い柱状としており、
柱状の収納部(4)に電池モジュール(1)を配置して、第1ホルダ(2A)と第2ホルダ(2B)を連結して、収納部(4)の内面でエラストマ筒部を弾性的に挟着して電池モジュール(1)を収納部(4)に保持し、電池部(5)と収納部(4)内面との間に冷却隙間(6)を設けるようにしてなる車両電源のバッテリー装置。 - 電池(10)が円筒型電池で、収納部(4)が円柱状で、収納部(4)の内径が電池モジュール(1)のエラストマ筒部の外径よりも小さく、電池部(5)の外径よりも大きくしている請求項1に記載される車両電源のバッテリー装置。
- エラストマ筒(3)と電池(10)の表面を外皮で被覆している請求項1に記載される車両電源のバッテリー装置。
- ホルダーケース(2)が、冷却隙間(6)に連通して冷却開口(7)を設けており、この冷却開口(7)から冷却隙間(6)に強制送風して電池モジュール(1)を冷却する請求項1に記載される車両電源のバッテリー装置。
- エラストマ筒(3)の表面に凹凸(30)を設けている請求項1に記載される車両電源のバッテリー装置。
